What do you like best about the product?
The kind of automation HubSpot are providing is great for to run campaign, Ads, email and social media outreach are awesome to do at one single platform and generate analytics to get inshights on performance metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything like that so far.

HubSpot are providing great source for tracking data records and generate inshigts for analytics and automation improves CRM management

It's not as robust for reporting needs as other CRMs I've used in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for about four years, and I truly value the seamless experience it offers for creating marketing campaigns, landing pages, emails, and automations. The transition from Salesforce to HubSpot was straightforward, thanks to the excellent support from the HubSpot team and the comprehensive knowledge base that made the setup process easy. The integration capabilities further smoothened the transition, making it efficient. The automation tools, especially the AI-powered marketing solutions, have been a game-changer for our small team. They enable us to generate and remix campaigns efficiently and give us the functionality to feel like a giant team of six. The AI interface is particularly helpful in automating the planning and execution of emails and marketing campaigns, ensuring everything from landing page creation to other essential tasks becomes super easy. Moreover, the vibrant HubSpot community provides a platform to share best practices, and I appreciate the support and sense of belonging it offers. It's an experience that not many other providers can match. These features collectively enhance my productivity and support my decision to recommend HubSpot with a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess one thing I would change is the ever-changing nature of the software. It's hard to onboard new people because of these frequent updates. A way to maybe pause on some of the drastic changes would be great until I can get everybody up to speed on how to use the new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to automate marketing, making our small team feel larger by handling campaigns efficiently and simplifying landing page creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for several years, and it has become an essential tool in managing various digital marketing activities for my clients. I appreciate its all-in-one convenience, which simplifies workflows and provides a comprehensive marketing solution. The automation capabilities are incredibly beneficial, allowing me to create complex workflows and nurture campaigns that help track leads and lifecycle stages efficiently. The integration options are numerous, supporting various apps that many of my clients use, thereby facilitating seamless operations. I find the email features, campaigns, CTAs, forms, landing pages, data enrichment, objects, properties, and workflows particularly helpful in achieving marketing goals. Moreover, the live chat and chatbot functions are very useful for engaging with clients, while tagging and property additions enhance tracking and management. HubSpot's extensive capabilities make it a versatile platform, meeting diverse client demands with efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I find the seamless interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub extremely beneficial, making it a highly effective marketing tool that's generally very easy to use. The setup process was relatively easy, allowing me to navigate the platform with minimal hassle. I particularly appreciate the software's ability to bring systems and data together, which is crucial for generating leads, managing contacts, and analyzing marketing efforts. The campaign tools and attributions are particularly useful, alongside features such as emails, page additions, ads, workflows, social posts, attribution reporting, drag-and-drop email builders, smart personalization, smart lists, detailed filler filters, custom dashboards, traffic analytics, data integrations, and UDM tracking. This comprehensive suite of features supports my marketing efforts robustly. I also integrate it with Humantech AI, which works well alongside HubSpot. Such powerful functionalities and ease of use make HubSpot Marketing Hub a tool I would definitely purchase again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot could improve email personalization. The current capabilities might be limited, so having more creative features to make emails look more seamless would be beneficial.

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its all-in-one functionality, which allows seamless management of email marketing, social media scheduling, and lead nurturing campaigns in one platform. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, even for beginners, while the automation tools save time by streamlining repetitive tasks like email follow-ups and lead scoring. What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some of its advanced features, such as custom reporting or certain automation capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier subscriptions, which can be costly for smaller businesses. Additionally, while the platform is generally intuitive, certain areas—like managing workflows or configuring integrations—can be a bit complex for new users without sufficient guidance. The limitations in design customization for email templates also sometimes feel restrictive, especially for brands with very specific visual identity needs. Lastly, the pricing structure for scaling can become challenging as your contact list grows.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the challenge of managing multiple marketing activities in one place by providing an all-in-one platform for email marketing, social media scheduling, lead tracking, and automation. It eliminates the need for multiple tools, saving time and reducing complexity. The CRM integration ensures seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams, improving lead nurturing and conversion rates. • Can't easily do cross-platform sales campaigns (looking at Lemlist for this)
• Website analytics/reporting is limited: wish we could manipulate/track Google Analytics data within HubSpot directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is amazing at REALLY helping me see how contacts engage with: website, content, email, assets, campaigns, and tying all the pieces together. So I know who is engaging, when, and where, and how to follow-up across their journey. I LOVE the intuitiveness of the tool and that I can get support wherever I need it. I'm also loving the new tools like AI agents and ChatBots that help capture more leads. I love how easy it is to build and measure sequences, measure segment/list engagement right in the lists, etc.
