Allows groups to work together, and tag channels to support our brand.
A good tool for multi-brand entities with smaller teams

The flexibility and integration agility of HubSpot made it a great switch for our company.

There are so many tools in HubSpot that some get neglected or some features are overlooked. It's not for everyone.

There are many, the addition of Business Units as a field and beyond that has been integral.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential weakness of Hubspot could be its pricing structure. While it offers a wide range of features and capabilities, it can be expensive for small businesses or those on a tight budget. Additionally, it may have a steep learning curve for those who are not familiar with marketing and sales automation tools, making it difficult for some users to fully utilize its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great business solution under one roof. You need nothing more when you are working with hubspot.

I like having all the contact and email sequences set up for different campaigns that I am running.

Can't think of any. I don't have any honestly.

It's helping me have all my important campaigns automated while also keeping my contacts all in one place.

With its articles and guide in growing your business, I have created a business page on google for my company which has driven traffic online and generated new leads. Nothing. Besides the constant notifications, Hubspot Marketing Hub is just helpful, in my candid opinion.

Simplicity of use, and effectiveness in setting up nurturing programs

the dashboards are not comprehensive enough, a more powerful dashboarding tool is needed

We had many software programs that we made communicate with each other, we only wanted one that did everything, and we chose Hubspot.

Super easy to execute marketing collaterals and marketing reachout to our customers. The UI and the features given do the job for us with ease in comparison to the competitors

More integrations with Slack and customization features bulk emails sending to prospects or leads attracted on our website would be good to have. This is a blocker

It also does not have a built in CRM system, which can be essential for tracking customer data and managing customer relationships.
