Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The chat service is excellent. If I'm having issues with any aspect, the help is always quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see in the social media section suggestions to improve my posts based on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently, they have helped me fix filters for my contact lists.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes marketing better. I can automate, clone, and quickly drill into campaigns to see how we're doing. It's all-around fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not as familiar with the reporting as I'd like. Luckily HubSpot offers a crazy-huge academy for things like this ;).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write A LOT of content, and HubSpot makes it easy to clone and automate my campaigns so I'm not reinventing the wheel every time.
Excellent tool for campaigns and metrics. Doesn't work well w/ 3rd party forms for recapturing data.

Automation is the most helpful feature that Hubspot has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Utilizing integrated 3rd party services cannot opt contacts back in even through integrations.

Easiest platform to host your landing pages
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about using the HubSpot Marketing Hub is getting assistance from HubSpot when developing your templates. Out developers have mentioned how easy it is to create landing pages then host them in HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using the HubSpot Marketing Hub is HubSpot tends to update processes or features without notifying Hubspot users. I do not check my email for updates or check HubSpot every day for updates, so it is easy to miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a medium-sized global marketing team, and the HubSpot Marketing Hub lets our team create and store marketing assets to organize our efforts better.
Essential tool for building and scaling a sales department
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the customisation. You can tailor it in so many ways to match your business needs. Some features are better than others. Workflows and Sequences are for sure some of the more powerful ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot Insights (the database with company information) is inaccurate and lacks industry segmentation. It's a nice feature, but unfortunately, you have to use other sources to get more valid company data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's consolidating our prospects (companies and contacts) in one place and being our email marketing tool for multiple purposes such as newsletter, prospecting campaigns, community, product updates and so on.
For LinkedIn and Twitter it's fab, for Instagram and Facebook I prefer Meta Creator Studio

Scheduling posts, the easy to use interface, the 'favorite times' feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometimes tagged accounts won't show as tagged, and it is much harder to edit photos on Hubspot than it is in Meta Suite

Great tool for many marketing activities in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule emails, publish posts, and create reports in one place. It's great that we can share mailing lists with sales too. The SEO tool has been really helpful for our content specialist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posts that can't be published through the marketing hub, such as past image libraries or reels, don't get included in the reports, so they give a good overview but can't be used for official reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful across all communications and simplifies our processes with mailing lists and options for scheduling meetings. We connected our website sign-up form to an event with Hubspot, saving us a lot of time.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize everything to your business needs and super helpful support that's always a message away if you don't get what you're looking for in the knowledge hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much wrong with HubSpot Marketing Hub, but I think pricing should be reviewed, especially for additional marketing contacts. Some of the integrations can also be improved like adroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is essential for all our marketing campaigns, from execution to reporting. But one thing that is helping us to be more efficient is marketing automation through different workflows that are customizable, decrease the time for manual effort, and you can innovate to try new things.
Super software for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I believe hubspot is the perfect software for marketers who need to monitor and optimize the investment on advertising. It makes it easy to measure the results of any digital marketing campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't encountered anything on hubspot that I don't like.

I can finally measure the ROI of my digital marketing campaigns.
Well-rounded marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place, including landing pages, social media, link tracking, email marketing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media tools are very basic and not adequate for our social media needs.

It brings all marketing data in one place, unifies our webinar process, and makes creating content and tracking it easy.
