The Best, All-In-One Marketing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to deliver, manage and track all of my emails, blogs, landing pages, advertisements and other marketing campaigns on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't know if I dislike anything ... the platform is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my email marketing, tracking top-of-funnel brand and marketing initiatives all the way to conversions.
Marketing hub is great for managing leads through the entire funnel.
What do you like best about the product?
Lead tracking. From the top of the funnel all the way to the bottom
What do you dislike about the product?
Attribution fails from different platofrms. Like Google ADs and LinkedIn

Marketing Hub from a Marketing Ops Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is easy to navigate and helps keep all of our data clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some restrictions in terms of customizations depending on the tier you are on. Reporting can also be limited in comparison to some other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub allows our marketing operations team to be transparent with other marketing users. We can quickly train them to use the reporting and metrics tools that increase visibility.
Great for the small business for ease-of-use
What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ease of use for creating landing pages, social posts, and finding metrics. The ease-of-use factor cannot be understated, great for smaller organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like the inflexibility around landing page design, also limitations around tagging individuals for LinkedIn posts. Also finding and organizing campaigns and getting metric has been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For creating digital automation workflows and maintaining thoursands of email contacts / prospects. (We do not use HubSpot for CRM.) Great material for training and certficiation from HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the several templates for building landing pages, email newsletters, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are limits or restrictions within the email templates I use.

Hubspot is helping us connect with our customers and promote our brand and solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see their task management system more built out. Right now, it's pretty simple and won't replace your current marketing production app. Another element I would like to see is for them to integrate and pull data from other CMS systems, like WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing allows us to publish both socials and blogs from one place. From there, you can view metrics directly from Google Analytics and Search Console to get a feel for how well content is performing.
Great Force Multiplier for SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy marketing automation! For a group of "non-coders" we can mobilize workflows quickly. We also love being able to get a 360 degree view of our customers engagement accross our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, the permissions structure is a nightmare. I routinely want a team member to have access to something, but they are met with a nebulous screen that says they don't have permission. It would be helpful if that screen told us precisely what permission was required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows a small marketing team to perform like a big agency. We can create and repurpose content and get it distributed quickly across multiple channels.

I really enjoy the ease of use and all the training videos that are available on the platform to help you learn

There are certain things that look different on each end for the user that i have noticed and it can be difficult to troubleshoot

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team has provided fantastic assistance in getting our new marketing automation through HubSpot up and running. They provide a full suite of options to help solve a plethora of business needs and integrate seamlessly with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, my company has just started working with HubSpot, and so far, there have not been any hiccups or reasons to dislike. Well done!

Until now, my company has never had an official marketing automation tool, and they are helping us provide visibility into new sales leads and insight on how our customers are engaging with our brand.
