What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides ample, intuitive training and knowledge articles to quickly onboard and scale team members and skill sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Files are not trackable. They need to be converted to "documents" in Sales Hub. Plus, when changing folder structure, it disrupts the URLs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to attribute marketing efforts to revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates are easy to use and the directions on how to use certain tools are easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters for the lead lists are difficult to remove people who are unsubscribed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email blasts and our website. We are able to track new customers this way.

What do you like best about the product?
All the tools I need are centrally located and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet found something I dislike.

I can publish blog content and quickly put it up on social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the team that I work with at Hubspot. I think they are the main reason that we continue our relationship. They are always available and able to teach our team the most efficient way to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a more enterprise solution. I love that thete are a lot of 3rd part vendors, but it would be great if some of the components were directly available within Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve some of our issues with data, and we get a lot of use from utilizing the form capture from our multiple domains and being able to create valuable lists/workflows for our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view all campaign platforms in a single tool is extremely helpful and allows for quicker, improved campaign insights. As someone who works across social media management, email, and other channels, it saves time and is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain areas of the social media reporting features in Hubspot are not as robust as I would perhaps like, making it necessary to view analytics natively in platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is reducing complexity in my daily work by removing the need to use multiple analytics tools. This saves time and reduces frustration, allowing for more time to be spent on insights and optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one location. The scheduling tool and content creation is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some features are not available in the hub. For example tagging, mutiple pictures on instagram, ext.

Consistency. Being able to plan better.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot workflows are easy to use and make campaign integration into Salesforce simple. The UI makes it simple for non-technical team members to self serve. I have been using HubSpot for over seven years and they are constantly making improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
UTM reporting is terrible and with the move away from cookies, this needs to improve. The Microsoft ads integration is non-existent, which is a big oversight and causes much more work for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our marketing spend and integrate to Salesforce for a full picture of our marketing ROI. Sending emails, scheduling social and gating our content is a breeze with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the social tab of HubSpot to create campaigns, track performance & create and schedule content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if more social platforms were added to the HubSpot scheduling options. For example, Google Business Profile or Pinterest.
