Capabilities Galore
What do you like best about the product?
I love the many, many functionalities within the platform. I love that there are plenty of integrations currently and new ones always being created. HubSpot has become an integral part of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to sell our clients on HubSpot due to the cost and seat limitations. Additionally, we would love to see more fitness industry-specific items as that is our main clientele.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems in regards to being able to message very specific groups of people very specific messaging. Current CRM platforms that are fitness industry specific have many limitations, but HubSpot makes you feel like the sky is the limit.

What do you like best about the product?
We love all of the capabilities that HubSpot offers. The surveys, forms, chat bot, email marketing are some of our favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
For email marketing, we do not have as much design capability as some of our previous softwares..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing is allowing us to have many of our most used functions on one single software. This is so easy, cost effective, and time efficient.
User friendly MA system with growing enterprise capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is unparalleled in the space, and Hubspot consistently adds new capabilities to make it easy to personalize and make it so marketers spend more time marketing and less time working on their MA system
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Still room to grow for enterprise and integrations. But for most organizations, its a good fit and the platform will grow with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly needs for personalization and the ability to scale our marketing team.

The user-friendly design and abundant help allows us to quickly add new capabilities.

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. So that's a wonderful thing ot be able to write.

Before hubspot marketing hub our data was siloed across multiple systems in out tech stack. Now, it's just right at my fingertips.

Broad and flexible toolset backed by top-tier support.

Occasional workflow issues can be challenging to correct.

Lead gathering and distribution has been dramatically streamlined.

I love the out-of-the-box solutions and the infinite ways you can customize the platform to fit a business's needs. We've grown our efforts significantly in recent years - all possible because of the tools and support from HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools are a little difficult, but you can mostly get what you need by pre-building lists and using those to drill down into the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is providing the tools and resources (and support!) needed to reach our highly segmented and complex audiences.
Great platform with lots of possibilites
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a fantastic user interface that makes it easy to track contacts, campaigns, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot could improve significantly and add more value to its users by improving its social platform. Sure, there are ways to schedule social posts, but I think it could be much more robust, like Sprout Social or a comparable competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing hub allows us to create robust campaigns, send emails, create landing pages and more. We are able to create workflows to begin to automate our marketing.

Wish business unit functionality was better, falls short in a lot of ways. Desperately need a seperate preference center for each business unit.

One source of data from contact to customer. Decreases number of platforms used

Data enrichment is now free for all levels

Pricing jump from Starter to Pro is too big... which affects the ability to upgrade for clients based on cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve simple business problems. It helps me acquire customers because of the seamless aspect of the platform.
