What do you like best about the product?
Brings all my marketing tools & data into one place so I can see what's working and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are gated behind enterprise level subscription.

Single source of truth for marketing and sales efforts that enables marketing and sales teams to work better together.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub Helps me execute on my marketing strategies while also allowing me to monitor and report on their success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike come of the downtime that my team faces on occasion when programs are not running properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub solves all of my automation issues. I am able to efficiently execute on my marketing campaigns.
Makes Marketing Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Building landing pages, emails, and marketing automation workflows are so easy and make it possible for our small marketing team to provide big results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design Hub is incredibly difficult to use and makes editing landing pages and webpages more difficult than it needs to. The global header/footer feature is especially challenging when you use images as your hero banner and need to change the color of your logo to be easily seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of our social, email, landing page, and website content all in one place so we can better manage campaign performance.

I love having all of the tools I need in one place. Being able to have the ability to update our website, create landing pages, blog posts, social posts in one complete platform is my favorite thing. I don't have to login to multiple different sites to do everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the reporting tool. The prebuilt reports are great but not sure it's the best when it comes to having to build your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send out emails directly to our customers and prospects efficiently and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how hubspot has everything a marketer needs in one place! Support and help are easy to access and are avaialble as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the linkedin ads integration was set up by campaign instead of campaign group. also design hub is difficult to use.

hubspot helps us with all components of marketing. we use it for social, campaigns, email and contat managemnet as well as our website hosting tool.
Good! Lots of tools, but to the small clients it is expensive.

Super user-friendly. I like how I can pull up data very quickly and easy, not a lot to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. For our small clients, they like what Hubspot has to offer, but it is to expensive for them to use.

Items not going out on time, def make clients happy!
New hubspot user, thoroughly enjoying the platform and learning more about organizational use cases.

Ease of list building, email building, hubspot support has been exclellent

Lists are slow to update, missing relative date pickers for "exactly x days ago/from now" in list building, would like the ability to add custom user properties

i like the ease of tracking client information.

I thought the certification courses were a bit repetitive.

Hubspot makes communicating withour clients easier.
I spend more than 50% of my day in HubSpot - can't live without it!

I like how I can see all of my email analytics, schedule my sends, A/B test, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the lack of creativity I get to have when I'm creating an email. I wish there were more features, graphics, and formatting options to play around with and make emails stand out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a place where I can house all of my emails, send all of them, create lists, keep all campaigns, see how my campaigns and emails are doing and much more. Without HubSpot, I would be unorganized, clueless, and unable to create meaningful customer journeys through email.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of HubSpot Marketing Hub and its different easy-to-use marketing tools. It's great to manage email marketing, blogs, and web tools all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot's reporting doesn't always match up with what's showing in Google or other analytics platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving a few needs for my agency clients and their marketing efforts.
