Anyone using Hubspot can create content to share with their audience
Relatively new to HS, but like it so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the analytics, especially for social engagements and website traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations to social posting. For example, you can't do multiple images on certain platforms and tagging other businesses is a headache. I often have to post natively on social sites, which defeats the point of using HS for social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HS to monitor our website and social traffic as well as identify qualified leads. It helps us track our efforts and work more effectively with our sales team.

I like how you can customize and filter the dashboard to see very specirfic information regarding campaigns and where leads are

Customizing email templates and layouts could be a bit more user friendly

Shows where leads are in the pipeline and is a good teool for sending email cadences to contacts in our datbase

Innovative platform with robust capabilities while staying user-friendly. No need for dedicated devs to deploy an email campaign. Align your marketing, sales and customer service efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep for smaller companies, but they offer robust starter products to help businesses grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves for misalignment between sales and marketing teams. Solves for attribution metrics, and with the new Journey analytics, we get actionable enterprise-level buyer journey metrics in one platform.

The email marketing tool. The ease of building different types of emails is highly convenient.

I Would like to see more capabilities with the drag and drop email editor.

What do you like best about the product?
Having full control to connect all the key assets to a campaign from surveys and forms to landing pages and emails. The ability to automate the process in a quick and responsive user friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find customizing assets a bit tricky at times, but having their support team readily available makes life a lot easier. In addition, the survey options could use more flexibility and logic to help gain the most accurate information.

The app pages can sometimes be glitchy and overall a little difficult to use at first with a steeper learning curve than expected.
