Hubspot Has It All
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the HS Marketing Hub for around 6 months, and I like how intuitive the userface is and user friendly it has been while learning the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first, but Hubspot Academy has been very helpful in that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not so much a problem, but HubSpot has been instrumental in launching our email campaigns and interpreting their data to best service our customers.
Good with one flaw
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use interface with minimal learning curve
What do you dislike about the product?
Exports of contacts take too long - This feature should be instant but I have to wait for some reason. Pretty annoyed that something that should be instantaneous takes several minutes

Managing our contacts across multiple areas and creating lists

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating emails, blogs and landing pages. The live chat function to help answer questions quickly, Training tools on hs academy and useful articles. The conference is very inspiring!
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up of hs at our company does not make sense for what we need to see now in the world of marketing. I wish it was easier to clean up to we could have a clearer direction going forwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything in one place not split across many platforms. (reporting, email, social, blogs, digital perfromance tracking, landing pages, SEO. Wish it was easier to see attribution modesl in reporting.
Great tool for startups!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great at email marketing, social, and contact/list management. I especially like the workflows and the ability to segment audiences and the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages aren't great. Needs more design flexibility. Also - my biggest pain point is not being able to tag people and companies on LinkedIn using Hubspot social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving contact management, as well as making sure we have the legal language implemented at the bottom of the emails. Love that. It's giving us the ability to communicate with our audiences

the tools interface is easy to use and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
that the primary key function is not customizable. this creates problems when using with another system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
usability and ease of use for the sales teams i work with.
User-friendly and seamless workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go in and see what's needed and navigating it is a seamless process, it's very clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would improve on would be some of the ways the workflows show, I wish I could see the full list of the workflows included in the email nurture if I'm adding to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the way we send out emails in a very clear way without there being any interuptions or questions about whether or not they're set up the way we need.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great all-in-one platform. You can have easy access to your socials, blog, website/landing pages, etc. with all of their analytics essentially in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier customization of landing and website pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing better transparency into clients' weaknesses and areas of improvement (website optimization, popular blog topics, social engagement, etc.)
Best marketing automation platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
The AI tools have been a great addition and the email marketing analytics and email health is top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support has seriously gone downhill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow our clients to gain valuable insights and analytics while also streamlining their processes.
Easy to use and very inquisitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean fresh look of all the panels in my Hr dashboard. I'm a designer by trade to "look" is important when presenting info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't think there is much I don't like, took me a little bit to figure out where everything lands but once I did I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speaks to our ROI, email, etc. presents good clean data for presentations. I'm learning how it speaks to sending emails and such.
Marketer's Dream!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows me to have all my vital marketing information right at my fingertips and in one easy-to-access place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaigns could be more visual, but that's a personal dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have all of our campaigns in one place and then funneling that information into easy to read reports is awesome.
