Easy to use, well-integrated
What do you like best about the product?
Social media planning, ability to edit a webpage from the front end

Tagging people on social media using the scheduling feature

Great tool to get the job done.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and review dashboards from analytics. Tracking and maintaining data for campaigns is simple and provides relevant information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are a bit more related to my personal company - but hard to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics to cross-communicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forms, Emails, Lead Conversion. It's benefitting me because it makes it easy for my team to utilize everything needed in one place and connect it all through the ecosystem.
HUbspot Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has been the key to our marketing success. Being at a small nonprofit, we benefit greatly from not only everything being in one system, but also from the amazing automation capabilities. We are able to attract leaves and pull them through the pipeline with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything honestly from a benefits perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our website, blog, sales dashboard, automated emails, and other workflows that help us be more efficient.

Everything is connected and you can analyze results and change the strategy if needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is connected by your campaign and automatically tracked. Gone are the days of needing to sort out which UTM was linked to what action , logging into multiple platforms, pulling a list in one tool and uploading to another. It is a one stop tool that connects your data in your database with your website, outbound activities and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the admin features allowed logging into other peoples accounts more easily to help them trouble shoot and get up to speed. The sales appointment feature is great but wish there was a more robust solution for marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our database, email provider, website manager and more. Having everything all in one spot let's us focus on account t based marketing and personalizing the experience for our clients.
Hubspot Does What You Need It To
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for over 10 years, and it's my favorite CRM. It allows us to align marketing and sales all in one place. We use it every day for emails and creating campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that I dislike about Hubspot. I guess you could say that is is a little bit expensive, but when you're using it for a large company it's not that big of a deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our entire sales and marketing team to align on a single platform. It also gives us greater visibility across company to work together on complex problems.
Great tool with lots of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love working with Hubspot because of its functionality and design. The Hubspot support is very responsive and new features are being released on a regular basis. Of course, there is always room for improvement. I'm looking forward to new features being released and I'm hoping one of them contains emails marketing - especially being able to A/B test automated emails that have already been published, so there is no need to clone them before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I'm currently unhappy with. One thing though that would be helpful is adding a direct access link to HubDB pages. Right now the page path needs to be copied in order to access the landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot combines most of the things we need in one platform like landing pages, email marketing and integrates with most of the tools we use.
Marketing Magic
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Marketing Hub takes some of the work off my team and automates simple tasks. I also love the insights that the reporting features provide including the ability to prove our content is working!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are glitchy or slow like landing pages and forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving content works and the value behind what my team i sdoing.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive Marketing Hub is. I've used many other marketing automation platforms and this was provided the vest user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a higher cost for some smaller businesses. But it's well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to have all the tools under one roof. Biggest benefit is having a singlular database tied to customer data.
Best marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Automation tools. It's easy to automate anything based on a thousand different triggers. I love the customizable options and limitless automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no date based (specific date) workflow trigger. For example I cant set am email to go out x days before a specific date as part of a workflow. I'd love to see that changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation to increase the marketing and sales funnel. Nurturing leads from beginning to end of their buyers journey and creating sales opportunities.
