What do you like best about the product?
There are many opportunities to grow a business's marketing efforts with Hubspot. Whenever I have questions, Hubspot's customer service is efficient and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some new features take longer to implement, especially those with many upvotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot continues to advance its capabilities with business needs which is great! Also, as a young marketing professional, the marketing hub allows me to grow my skills and explore more marketing opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The experience we've had so far with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been great! The team at HubSpot has been great to work with. We are looking forward to how HubSpot can better our organization and help us expand our marketing efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into anything yet that we dislike. We're sure that while onboarding, there will be some difficulties to overcome, especially with integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is helping us grow our outreach and allowing us to keep better records of our data as well as helping us expand our marketing efforts!

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility we have gained into our customers has been a game changer. We are able to market much smarter!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It's a beast of a tool, but the learning curve has been very manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data integrity has always been a challenge and this system makes keeping everything up to date very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The growing amount of features and integrations that keep us up to date with current trends and with our customer's needs is one of the greatest parts. I also like the customer service which has always been accessible and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features that could be useful are blocked and we would love to try them before spending more money to see if they work for our team. It would also be helpful if an account manager reviewed our account annually to let us know how we might better utilize what we are paying for instead of us having to figure that out and then ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and multiple users being able to work together at the same time. The ability to track what campaigns are working and what are not. It also helps us understand our customers behaviors better.

HubSpot Marketing Hub stacks up against Salesforce Ad Studio when online training is involved HubSpot Marketing Hub provides excellent online training and support resources are available for getting new team members up to speed and for diving deeper into learning discrete functionality. This is so important for onboarding new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it consolidates a lot of marketing applications into one software like email, social media, landing pages, and forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't use the forms offline, and there aren't a lot of valuable integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to get rid of many different applications we use to help distribute certain marketing materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is a complete end to end solution for all marketing needs- it supports email creation and bulk email campaigns, database management, landing pages design and deployment, forms integration, leads tracking, social media and analytics, which is a powerhouse for any marketer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is an expensive CRM and the cost rises with more modules and contacts as you build your marketing ecosystem with Hubspot Marketing. Sales, CRM and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub serves as the single source of truth for our marketing performance and is the ultimate tool that our entire team uses. We use the platform to design and deliver campaigns to our targeted database by segmenting them, scoring them and nurturing them across multiple channels- social, website, emails and more- all using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
All the resources they offer help you learn the tool and maximize how you can benefit from it. I also like how user-friendly it is. It doesn't overcomplicate it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating tracking URLs require you to create a campaign each time which causes a lot of campaigns that aren't necessary for just a tracking URL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, customer journey reporting, and landing pages
