Very complete and advanced solution for lead management
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very complete tool that allows you to manage all your contacts and leads easily. From creating lists and assigning properties to each lead to creating your email campaigns and building landing pages - almost everything can be done directly from HS. You can also build very detailed reports to keep track of your performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate more customization options in the lead generation forms, which are the moment are quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot to manage all our leads, from a marketing and sales perspective. We also use HS to send our newsletters and automated customer journey emails - and to build lead-capturing landing pages (among other features).
A smart CRM for marketeers to manage and execute activities.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy platform to navigate and use and makes building, sending and tracking emails fairly simple. The CRM function has been nicely designed, allowing you to manage and segment contacts efficiently. Hubspot's integration features are also excellent, giving us the option to pull data from the likes of Zoom, Google Analytics and manage social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can find Hubspot a little too simple. It lacks some functions that you would expect from a CRM of its size and price point. Whilst the customer service team are easy to contact, it feels in recent months that it is difficult to get answers to questions/issues that are beyond the basic level of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it easy to store and locate customer and lead data, whilst keeping their activity all in one place. Primarily, Hubspot's marketing email function is the biggest benefit to us.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow tools in Marketing Hub are incredible. With new additions regularly, I am able to produce what is needed without having to worry about a lot of work arounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the development and design tools could be simplified. It would be nice to have the same flexibility in creating modules as there is with creating workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex lead routing, automating sales and marketing workflows. Reporting on ROI for LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Managing both marketing and transactional emails and utilizing smart content in them.
I can do so much with Hubspot!

I love that Hubspot is easy to use, has a beautiful user experience, and has great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Hubspot does everything that I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track lead activity and measure campaign ROI. It is also helping me engage with my leads.
All in one CRM, sales tools and maketing tools
What do you like best about the product?
I think hubspot is one of the best crm's I've used. Super easy to understand, wonderful support program and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little messy if you're not careful since all of the functions are in one place.

More effective lead generation, segmenting the database correctly, following up in an more effective way.

Data sometimes is hard to manage between contact, company and deal without workflows

Continuously Evolving Marketing Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot on the surface provides an exceptional amount of tools that allows you to ramp it up as a comprehensive source of truth if you decide to utilize it as your dedicated CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot continuously makes strides to help their tool be more effective but I'm waiting for them to deep dive into attribution and lead scoring in a holistic matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me as a marketing individual contribution to build repeatable processes, find analytics and create campaign assets that can be easily tested and then iterated upon to push towards marketing success.
Intuitive and feature packed
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with almost all of my social media channels, the landing page builders, the blog functionality and the customizability of all our pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the lack of TikTok marketing support

Landing page, analytics, funnel development and creating communication channels more effective between the sales team and customers

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub is intuitive for those new to the platform, but doesn't fall short on valuable features. It seems like they're constantly releasing enhancements that make the work I do more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to marketing hub for my organization is that we rely on lead stages in Salesforce, and they do not align well with our lifecycle stages in Hubspot. There's likely a fix for this, but it's not a high priority fix for us since we tend to rely on Salesforce for reporting.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps digital marketers tackle the execution of their growth strategies. In one platform, you're able to manage your website and SEO, launch paid advertising, send email campaigns, and so much more.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
All of the tools and insights available to me and the fact that they can all be accessed in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve ad the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't use to have any insight into our marketing initiatives but now we are able to track the success or failure of our campaigns.
