Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, intuitive, and friendly user experience and interface. It is for those who are intermediate level, who wants to do more with their marketing but are facing limitations with their current marketing software (like ones that are free). It does not have the most advanced features that are in Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking advanced features in Marketo like regional variation sends/smart sends. Sometimes you have to "hack" your way to get an automated workflow to work the way you want. It doesn't come out of the box, but support has been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, lead capturing, lead nurturing has been the most used. We've started exploring the use of their social feature but it is not as competitive as other social monitors like Later.com/HootSuite.

the task features within the workflows..
What do you dislike about the product?
the least helpful is the meetings - as a company we dont use that feature

we had an issue in the inbox with the original recipient not being connected and support walked us through it

you can find easily whatever you need and it is really user friendly

it has some limitations on reports, i can not get the reports I am looking for easily and customized reports are also limited and i can not find what i really need all in one place

it brings most of my need in one place which i can use easily

So customizable almost anything is possiible.

Sometimes I would like it if I could target specific types of deals better but thats just how we have set. up hubspot

It is automating. alot of our manual work, as well as gives us so much access to analytics.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure what problems they are solving, but I am happy they seem to be very on the ball with changes to their systems.
So far it's been great. Enjoying all the features this CRM provides that others don't
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing email feature. I like that I have the option to send from a variety of senders. This is a game changer for our clients needs and saves them time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult for me to find and organize the data I need often. It's a bit "code-y" wish it was a bit more intuitive. I don't generally understand the warnings or explanations for how to do things in tool tips.

Easy to use with great data
What do you like best about the product?
Templates that make the user experience fantastic. Drag and drop design interface is super important to me. I can go in and design easily to push out emails and landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always intuitive. As a relatively new user I have to rely on others a lot to figure out how to do things. The academy is great but is a time commitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us to keep in touch with our clients. We can see who is looking at what we send or who is going to our pages so that we key in on the right content.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting in the Marketing Hub has been a huge help in making business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our current plan limits marketing contacts, which has been an issue only because we have started so much more outreach due to Hubspot. Not a bad thing, but something to think about before signing up for a specific plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach our prospects and leads in a new and simpler way. I love that we are able to track more than we ever have before.
Landing pages for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the Landing page tools are easy to use. they have helped us create great connection points to improve acquisition. We particularly like the scheduling tool that we have added to a landing page that allows leads to book appointments to learn more and syncs with our Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could easily upload videos larger than 1 GB. This is a pretty common file size these days and would save time needing to reformat or compress content before uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our landing pages, we can create content in a very dynamic way: just for special marketing campaigns, and events, or add web content when needed right away.
Powerful Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an incredibly powerful tool to help grow your business. The learning center is super valuable and guides you as you build your program. It helps me connect with potential and current clients better.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the training programs are so valuable and there is always someone who responds quickly when I can't find the answer on my own. I really don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has expanded our ability to connect with potential clients. Before, we knew we were losing a lot of business because they would just slip through the cracks, but the marketing capabilities through this software are incredible. We've only been using it for a few months and we've already noticed a huge difference.
