Marketing Hub can do it all
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily spend my time in email and landing pages. I think that it is very well thought through and easy to naviagte. When I work with my sales team, it's easy to teach and walk them through different features of Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting is lacking a bit in Hubspot, there are a lot of blind spots that I can't exactly pull a full report of exactly what I would like to see. The design manager can be a little clunky too. I wish you could just freeform create a landing page on the go and not always be working off a template. It makes for a lot of back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send propspecting and customer communication emails with ease to our contacts. I create a lot of forms and specific landing pages for accounts we work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly tools. It is simple to see and utilize. Especially workflow triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Roadblocks in technical avenues. For example, some useful triggers would be based on activities or playbook completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it is very user-friendly and it gives maximum insight to all departments utilizing the system.
Hubspot is great overall
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Hubspot integrates with other applications to give me the most complete view of my advertising efforts and their results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot App could be vastly improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing gives me an accurate picture of ROI.
Great tool to create quick and easy landing pages
What do you like best about the product?
Its straight-forwardness. You can setup a fully functional landing page within minutes, customize it without too much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simplicity sometimes comes with limitations, and for designers like me, a bit more flexibility on overall design and responsiveness would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating all our marketing efforts within one friendly to use tool for a team crew of different expertise backgrounds. We have been able to launch big campaigns within the week thanks to HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about HubSpot is how easily it connects with other platforms and how simple it is to customize landing pages and emails. It’s super beginner-friendly, so anyone on the team can jump right in and start using it. After using it for over three years, I’ve gotten really good at tweaking things to fit my preferences and our company’s needs. The layout and design are super intuitive, especially for newbies, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. HubSpot just makes everything easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can get a little tricky when it comes to managing leads and member statuses, especially if you don’t keep a close eye on your data mapping or customize it to fit your business. If your CRM has messy data, that mess will show up in HubSpot too. It’s definitely something to watch out for. Managing stages and statuses between HubSpot and other systems can also be a bit of a headache—especially if HubSpot isn’t your main CRM. It’s great when everything is set up properly, but it does take some effort to keep it all running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it super easy for our marketing team to stay flexible and get things done without stealing too much time from other projects. The way email, landing pages, forms, and workflows all work together is a game changer. We can create and automate campaigns quickly, track everything in one place, and stay on top of our projects without feeling stretched too thin. It’s a huge help for keeping things moving smoothly!
The best marketing tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, I've been able to scale my marketing knowledge thanks to HubSpot's academy. Besides Hubspot academy, my favorite parts are workflows and email marketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be bugs. If you have so many configurations, contacts, and leads, data could take some time to load, but nothing that the HubSpot team can't help you with in case you run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations and nurturing for existing customers and leads, new leads and contacts, it's just fantastic that you have everything in one place, my business performance has increased i would say by 10x with hubspot.
Helpful for organization with a few random issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have my entire team using the software at once to all social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to Facebook being very specific with how certain ads are created, it doesn't always work to create the ad in HubSpot without going into Facebook after to fix things so Facebook doesn't reject the ad. One example is a recent employment ad I did in HubSpot for Facebook and it got rejected because HubSpot didn't show the option to specify the ad as a "special category" which is required by Facebook for all employment ads. There were also issues with the targeting offered through HubSpot that didn't comply with this category of Facebook ad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is solving the issue of time management and organization for my very small social media team. We are able to all use the software at the same time, for all platforms and draft, schedule, and post using one platform rather than each individually.
Hubspot is a MUST have for Marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot covers all of our marketing needs. From customized landing pages, email workflows, and social media, Hubspot allows us to bring all of our Marketing tools into one easy-to-use platform! Not to mention the endless number of integrations Hubspot offers! I can't imagine Marketing without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have zero complaints about what HubSpot has to offer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the problem of multiple platforms for running campaigns, social media, email and workflows and so much more. Our team can stay organized with everything all under one "hub" (pun intended).
The tool that Helps to Grow your Company and Marketing Department
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allow us to create emails and landing pages faster and that means we can get result faster as well. The User friednly drag and drop system help us to grow every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a part of a Marketing Team, I have the opportunity to hear feedback from different specialists, writers, data administrators, executives, IT team, designers, and so on. And the recurring point of view about HubSpot is; if is true the perfect tool that is difficult to find; HubSpot is the most closely that we can find in the market.

Using HubSpot we gain control over all our marketing needs. As a Marketing Team in a big company, we must handle many different aspects, and HubSpot helps us with each requirement from our team or the executives.
