User-friendly Interface for all marketing roles
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of support tools available for Hubspot users to leverage. If you are stuck trying to figure out something, rest assured that you can find a tutorial for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was an ability to comment or tag other users for certain tasks (emails, workflows) etc., that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track leads coming from different campaign sources all in one place, making us more efficient.

Fantastic Tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to incorporate and even better integrations with other tools. Any marketer or sales member can learn to use HubSpot and be effective on day one!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default properties that are very important to HubSpot's functionality (Original Source, Lead Source) cannot be updated as new sources of leads get added. It's easy enough to create work around properties, but managing all the proper workflows for automation can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub benefits me by being able to organize all of the my marketing campaigns, analytics/reporting and tools in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the landing page tool for our company website, and it's really easy to update and make changes while also allowing for collaboration between other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of different add-ons for the Marketing Hub that we don't have, specifically for automation and workflows. So we've run into times where we really hope Hubspot will be able to automate a process for us, only to find out we have to talk to Sales and purchase the add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us create newsletters, website pages, job postings, and has previously helped us store contracts, create contacts, and house historical data. It's been extremely helpful when we need a document that's lost in an email, but Hubspot has it saved.
HubSpot Landing pages make it so easy to create landing pages with little configuration.
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part is that you can upload any photos and add any text and it makes it look great on mobile! Forums are easy to make and compared to competitors Hubspot has all the CRM tools behind the scenes that make the landing page that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would improve about the HubSpot landing page is its ability to add content layouts to the landing page. I find it could be faster if I didn't have to create a template outside the landing page editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On our website, we have a tough time building out landing pages if we don't hire a coder. With Hubspot landing pages we don't need a coder anymore. It's awesome!
Hubspot is the best tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can do so much with it is a great tool for measurement you don't need many tools to do it, HubSpot has it all and every day I learn something new that helps me optimize and automate my campaigns. I also love their customer service and tech support, they are friendly and do everything to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about the tool. I just wish I know everything that the tool can do so I can get the best of it.

Great marketing tool for B2B, room for improvement in drag and drop builders
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily live in the emails and workflows section of HubSpot. Overall, the workflows and list creation are easy-to-follow. I'm in Marketo as well and tend to prefer the HubSpot UI. Organization can be a bit tricky with folder structures in HubSpot if sending frequent email communication to various segments. Landing Pages are a breeze compared to Marketo. Overall, great tool but prefer Marketo in terms of Marketing Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can be a pain to create and the drag and drop editor for emails has a long way to go. That being said, it's quick to implement and easy to adjust for quick sends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to set up marketing communications quickly and effectively while also alerting the team when certain actions are taken for better overall team communication and lead follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the automation and features that HubSpot offers helps save time and money. They really listen when their customers want to see changes to their software and make it happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I feel need to be enhanced a little more, but because HubSpot really does listen to their users, upgrades and helpful changes are always being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helped our sales team reach more clients and potential clients thanks to the automated features. Knowing who is actively engaged has helped our sales number significantly.
HubSpot is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot for the most part is super user-friendly. It has pretty robust customization and tools and is best suited for companies who want to be creative but don't have full HTML designers on their team. Those who are proficient with HTML can also get a ton of use out of its features, but you do have to be creative in certain workarounds to get things exactly how you want them. Love the workflows, love the lead capturing, great overall!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the landing page builder can be a little buggy. Especially when placing buttons on CTA's often you can't get the text to align how you want it too or have the shape/color/size you prefer without creating a fully coded style sheet. I also wish there were easier ways to access fonts outside of HubSpot's very basic presets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing it does for us is lead capture and landing page creation. Its quick, easy and integrated with all of our preferred platforms! We also use the platform to create all UTM's and have not had issues with tracking thus far.
HubSpot - Marketing Review from a Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Hubspot is the ability to integrate all of our team's marketing strategies within one hub. To access my CRM, CMS + email platform within a single-sign-on. Not just the ease of access makes me a Hubspot fan, but the fully equipped training platform is a huge asset. If you are comparing CRM systems, Hubspot has it all. We are a small business and Hubspot has been and will continue to be instrumental to our business' growth. Forever will I be a fan of Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only qualm with Hubspot is the limited design capabilities for website and landing page design and API integration. The integration with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising could also be improved to be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot takes the myriad of marketing platforms that used to exist separately (CMS, Email platform, CRM) and houses them under one umbrella for our entire team. This helps data flow seamlessly from team to team and tackling cross-department projects much easier. Thank you, Hubspot for making my day-to-day much easier.
