What do you like best about the product?
First of all it is very to use and the second this it can integrate with various software likes ZOOM, salesforce etc
What do you dislike about the product?
During List building, it will pull contacts that do not satisfy the list rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot - Salesforce syncing errors are very irritating and consumes a lot of time to solve.

Probably the best CMS + marketing automation tool for startups and new scaleups

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive features - smart modules, user journey workflows
Usability - extremely intuitive navigation to implement all things marketed related (e.g. basic-intermediary reporting, emails, webpages, implementations, etc!) and FAQs are 👍🏻
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing folders, and advanced reporting are restricted. Essentially HubSpot Marketing covers the basic-intermediary needs for startups and new scaleups and further advanced customizations are limited unless more resources are spent (i.e. dev-work).

What CAN'T it do!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Marketing Hub is one of the best marketing tools a team can have in its arsenal. It's impossible to include all of my favorite tools/features, but the top three include — integration with Salesforce for up-to-date customer information; customized workflows to automate any part of the marketing process; AB testing function for emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has very detailed reporting tools for all aspects of its Marketing Cloud. There's even a possibility for users to create custom reports. However, this reporting tool is not intuitive — pre-made reports aren't easily customizable, and its particularly difficult to navigate building a custom report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team primarily uses the Hubspot Marketing Hub for customer communication via email, from product updates to our weekly newsletter to new resources. This is primarily a tool to engage potential customers and help convert them into customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The hub is very intuitive and the help desk and community forums are great tools to get answers. I like how many analytics are available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few variable functions I wish were available like variable links within buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create marketing emails and clone things like newsletters. Easy to see stats and share them with teams. Helps me with reporting and making changes to future emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's ease of use is by far superior to any other platform I've used for social media. It's user friendly ability allows you to learn and use the program to the fullest without months of training to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think user reviews should be taken into account more frequently to improve the platform further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and post tracking is so important for consistency on each social media outlet. Scheduling posts and tracking has allowed for post improvements for our audience which ultimately has led to an expansion in viewers and interactions. We've got a "buzz" within the association now which is pretty awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and schedule emails, import lists and website sign-up forms. It's great for general marketing and the ability to integrate with Salesforce and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media scheduling is very basic. Instagram scheduling is not very functional, and it's frustrating to not be able to receive & reply to comments from social platforms directly in Hubspot (unlike Sprout Social).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage newsletters, lists, registration forms and basic social media scheduling in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from the platform being pretty easy to use and navigate--Hubspot's customer support is AWESOME. They're easy to connect to and usually respond within minutes. I can easily create landing pages or email workflows--they make it simple for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some better reporting capabilities within marketing hub, and that it was structured a bit differently. I also wish video uploads/insertions into landing pages/blogs/emails were a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS marketing hub enables me to manage our content in one unified place--and leverage it through social scheduling, emails, and more. I don't have to use an external system for any of my marketing needs (apart from google ads and LinkedIn ads).
