Great all around experience

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers everything you could possibly want from a marketing suite of tools. We can blog, do emails, newsletters, social, tracking, reports, form fills, landing pages, etc. It's easy to use and there are so many free training certifications so that you can learn the tool deeply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It really covers everything we need. It is a bit pricey however so that could be improved a bit. But you get what you pay for in my opinion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow one tool to fit your entire marketing lifecycle and every single channel you could possibly need to market to your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub's blog tool is an inspiring delight to use daily.The Post Detail's page gives me all I need to optimize my future organic blog optimizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only regret is not utilizing all that is offered.

HubSpot is the best marketing software out there

What do you like best about the product?
I recently moved our organization from Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to HubSpot. With HubSpot, you get most every tool included and do not need to pay for add-ons.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is adding a button to auto-scroll to the bottom of a contact record. That would help in identifying the history of a contact versus having to scroll continuously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the omni-channel tracking issue by allowing to put all marketing functions and tools in one platform. I love that the CRM, automation, email, social and ads are all in one place - making it easier to manage and report on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a one-stop shop. A variety of online marketing can be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas could be more user-friendly. Email workflows are a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use a variety of online marketing techniques and compare their successes/failures with the analysis review. It saves our team for using more programs. You can go to one place for most digital marketing.

Perfect for CRM for Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
As a Marketing Performance Manager, I like how I can control and link social ads and Google ads. Especially useful to connect the native forms, and control the costs. Also, it's easy to create workflows and email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact we cant apply the same email marketing A/B test in multiple workflows. Also when you choose a winner you have to clone it to apply to other workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have better control of the budget for the paid campaigns and create useful dashboards to analyze every channel and campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, all-around and automation. T
What do you dislike about the product?
Little customisation, poor CMS and landing page builder, and no option to use social media carrousel. Reporting could be improved too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, lead allocation, lead acquisition, social media management. It just makes your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great tool. It's easy to use, has all the bells and whistles you might need, and performs great on the front end (blog). Our blog traffic is incredible! I would recommend it to marketers at any stage of experience. Plus, their support team is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is with reporting. It's currently impossible to see top landing pages by channel source. Also, top-level reporting only includes "new contacts" by default. We're interested in seeing all contacts but need to dig further to see that. Once their reporting feature set becomes more robust, it will be tough to beat HubSpot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blogging, email marketing, campaign landing pages, basic reporting. No real complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
Mass amount of functionality, help tools, and a robust community to learn from
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too much information. I'd like to see better filtering in the help section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the dashboard of all dashboards. I can keep up with all my contacts, deal, activity, and most importantly: sales opportunities. All in one spot. I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the blog page optimzation and analytics features. HubSpot makes it easy to see traffic to my pages, and what keyword querys people used to find my pages. I also like the Web Analytics dashboards to view traffic by source and country. In my opinion, the design and color coding of HubSpot's graphs are easier to read than GA4, which makes them more helpful to find data quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish managing Files was easier. For example, recently I updated blog pages with videos so that each video is embeded in the page (a HubSpot video), instead of being feed to the page from a link to the video on YouTube. I already had thumbnail images for these videos in the Files, but had to upload them again because the "add/change thumbnail image" command only allows for uploading a new image, and not selecing an existing image. It then uploads the images to a folder crated by HubSpot called "custom-video-thumbnails". I'd like to put my images in the same folder as it's corrisponding video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for chat & forms on our website, and the ease of viewing/accessing this data solves the problem of proving ROI on marketing initiaves to other departments in our company.
