The best CRM !
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub's email tool is the feature that I manage the most and I hardly recommend it! It's awsome to have so many possibilities in one super-software like this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really a huge Hubspot fan, but some features could be improved, of course. If you acepting suggestions: I've been struggling lately to include some contact's segmentations by specific forms. Like, a contact's list triggered by "form's name contains...". It would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A LOT of StartSe's marketing, sales, customer experience and tech activities count on Hubspot in different ways. It's (REALLY) so helpful and useful for us and our business that almost every other tool we've thought about hiring here has to integrate with you guys! rs
Hubspot- The Best Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can schedule massive amounts of content at once. The social tab is extremely easy to use and coordinate media on multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to download an excel file every week- on the large scale this is not a big problem. Just personal preference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is letting us reach many different people at such a low cost to our time. I'm able to schedule posts for a week or two and then focus on bigger tasks!

What do you like best about the product?
the way Hubspot integrates all my needs into an intuitive platform. if you are looking for an extremely powerful tool to take your knowledge in marketing to another level, this is the correct path.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a powerful tool, currently, no problems have arisen and I have absolutely no negative aspects that should be noted, everything it's ok for me, I'm pretty sure every marketer is going to love this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allowed me to control every detail of the marketing, I don't need to look for more tools. I can take it to another level all my strategies, are highly recommended

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has been a mixed bag of emotions! I came from 6 years of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud so am used to overly complicated software. Pros of Hubspot: easy drag and drop emails with straightforward list options that allow for complex segmentation building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cons: All lists require an OR statement when doing more than one bunch, which means we duplicate many of the same criteria. I also don't love the folders and organization in emails and files - we would prefer to be able to set a favorited view and not be taken to the list each time. Speaking of folders, it would be helpful if the folder you create an email and list in is the folder it lives in without having to move it each time. Lastly, it would be great if the name of the file you are trying to bring into a social post or email would display the name without having to click in. We often use the same image for 1 social post but resized for each platform and there is no quick way to see which file name or size each image is. It would be great if when using the HS-built templates and blocks, they automatically made the side-by-side columns the same length despite the content in there for a cleaner look and feel. This is achievable with a custom template/HTML but we are a slim team so we don't have the bandwidth to build extra pieces at the moment. The survey tool is also a bit half-baked and is missing a lot of options that survey-specific companies have. For example, giving the option to select 'other' and then fill in what their other option would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is allowing us to easily send marketing emails, automate and report on our workflows, and send surveys to customers with minimal development help!
Great overall CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Overall really easy to use the platform and intuitive. I like HubSpot's email and landing page builder. Not only does cloning emails and landing pages quicken the process for future content, but I also love that you clone sections within an email and landing pages. This eliminates a lot of what otherwise would be wasted time manually recreating sections on any new emails or landing pages. Hubspot list capabilities are a great tool that also allows me to segment audiences appropriately and easily to ensure the right messaging is delivered.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is HubSpot's lack of a robust folder hierarchy structure. I use Hubspot a lot and it can be very difficult to stay organized and find things quickly. Hubspot has folders, but I think an important feature that is missing is the ability to have subfolders which would allow me to be more organized and find things more quickly. Since subfolders are missing, I had to go out of my way to come up with a file naming system that would be sustainable as more files are being created - this of course is tedious. The naming convention I created allows me to group similar items. But this is a big inconvenience and still makes it very hard to find things (especially as more files are being created). HubSpot offering functional subfolders throughout all of their products would make it a lot more user-friendly! Workflows are a bit clunky to use, I'd like to be able to have a drag-and-drop feature that would allow me to build complex workflows more quickly. Overall, I feel like I have to click on a zillion buttons just to create a simple workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing automates my emails! I can create emails and landing pages quickly with a lot of design options. I can reach a larger crowd quicker and with lists, I can segment my audiences and ensure the right message is being sent out right audience at the right time! HubSpot analytics is a bit lacking, but it gives a nice basic overview of email performance.

Hosting our blog - archive and analyics. Allows to easily search and update existing content.

I like how many different features hubspot offers users, from workflows, to deals and more it's really an all in one tool

Because of the amount of tools it can take a while to learn and navigate around

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is the ability to schedule social posts, create contact lists and see your social analytics all on one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just has a few ways to improve for social - It would be wonderful if I could tag people within the platform, so I wouldn't have to post natively. It would be great if the LinkedIn posts with URLs were automatically clickable images. It would also be wonderful if you can select target audiences when scheduling posts on LinkedIn. Social analytics are great to get an estimate but not always accurate. Lastly, it would be great if we can schedule Instagram Reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me more efficiently schedule social posts as it can become very time-consuming. I love the function where you can copy over to different channels.
All-around wonderful! All the tools you need in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the bulk emailing system. I've used other products in the past, but this is the easiest for formatting and customizing. We just clone a previous similar one, fill it out with the new info, change the recipients if needed and schedule!
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages. Very un-user-friendly. They're much harder to manage and format, and come with a lot of bugs. Making the landing page editing like the emails would be great!

We're able to do a ton of things in one place, instead of having several different products. We manage our contacts, send out emails, post on social media, make landing pages, and more!
