Its a very easy tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and everything about it is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I love everything about it!

Linking all the Facebook accounts to it.

The automations are quite good and have met our business needs.

The base price needs to include more features than it presently does. Most importantly, more fields for the embedded form.

It is allowing us to streamline our business processes and it works well with the rest of our tools.
Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the email functionalities are a lot - there are lists, workflows, forms, and more to trigger and follow up on emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit to learn and figure out where to go, because there is so much, you have to know where to look when you are first getting started

Having 1 place to communicate to our customers, and what messaging I need to tell them.
Hubspot marketing hub is an essential tool for marketers.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage that Hubspot marketing tool has is that you can find all the most essential tools in one place. All these tools are very easy to use and navigate. An extra plus is the analitics tool which makes marketers job easier to tailor the content specifically to their custormers preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about the Hub is under the social tab. Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to tag people in the post or on the photos which sometimes is very important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made our job much easier and more efficient. Helped us to improve our email marketing performance and the creation of a high quality blogposts.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the system is to use. The design is intuitive and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot to learn at first, but HubSpot Academy makes it easy to learn.

Hubspot has most everything I need in one place.
Great Tool for Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
scheduling my social media posts. organization. I appreciate the ease of use and how everything is visible in one spot. I like being able to schedule out and sequence emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
For certain tasks there are too many steps.i haven't discovered another way. I wish it was more simplified. quick access to help from hubspot. in the email marketing campaigns - to not have to take people on and off every month to fit in a certain perameter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my time more effective and efficient through scheduling sequences and social media posts.I am more productive using hubspot. Yes, business performance has improved.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to schedule content. Everything from blogs, webpages, and social posts. It allows us to be flexible and get ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we haven't run into any problems with the marketing hub!

HubSpot marketing hub allows for us to have all of our marketing assets in one place which makes our reporting seamless and easy

Powerful CRM with vast capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows you to quickly create email series, workflows, etc, with very little training required. What I enjoy the most is the campaign performance analytics. Gives you most of the information you might need about your users engage with your campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two main blockers for me: not being able to easily track who enrolls and unenroll from a workflow.
And also not being able to build MoM or WoW reports. I can extract how meets an specific property at the moment in time in which I cosume the report, but I can't compare that data with other time periods.
