What do you like best about the product?
After spending a significant amount of time in HubSpot, the cohesiveness of the platform is extremely helpful.

As an example, if you understand Marketing Hub, you understand Sales Hub, if you understand Marketing Hub, you understand Service Hub, etc.

The automation make life easy once you've taken the time to understand how they work.

The HubSpot customer service team has been a MAJOR help in helping my company overhaul our CRM usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the platform continues to expand, there are some areas for improvement. All of these issues I have faced I have discussed with the customer service/success teams and they have flagged these issues for the development team to allow expansion and upgrades to the system.

Overall, the complaints I have are actively being fixed, so I would barely consider them complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is used in our day-to-day activities at my organization. The CRM system and the cohesiveness between the other "hubs" that HubSpot provides is the biggest benefit for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great way to allow sales and marketing to work seamlessly together all the while having the information a Marketing Ops function would provide - the software is much more user-friendly and intelligent than other CRM / Marketing software
What do you dislike about the product?
Allowing for more collaboration between features would be great - e.g. ability to create campaign stages, child campaigns etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysing marketing efforts and showing where to put more effort, keeping track of leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like the free newsletter and certification courses to enhance my skills in marketing and SEO. I also like how user friendly this is as an emerging marketer. I love how the social media analytics are easily understandable by a non-seasoned marketing professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how after you schedule a post within a group of them you cannot change from which business account you are posting from. I think that should be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of how to efficiently mass post social media posts onto different platforms and allows us to edit and organize the posts before final release.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is integrated. I like how you can combine your social and email campaigns. It makes it easier to keep track of what campaign is doing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy the fullscreen social media aspect. I also don't need to save my social post. I would prefer a draft button instead of a save button. It wastes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me publish faster than before. I enjoy the integration of social, Facebook ads, Google ads, and email marketing. It's easier looking at everything from one place.

Easy to manage and share info

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been a great way for my team and broader company to share information on contacts, deals, and campaigns. With everything housed in one space, it is easier to track progress and what is working
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to everything Hubspot has. We are working with a consultant to help us but would probably be a little lost and not full utilize the platform without that external support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking for social and all marketing campaigns. Instead of putting info out into the universe and hoping it results in business or engagement, we are able to see what is working and what people respond to.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using HubSpot to schedule our social media because I can get out our content to all of our social channels in one easy place.
I love using HubSpot for our blog because I can create the content, edit it, add CTAs, and schedule it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could schedule more than one image for Instagram. I also wish I could schedule GIFs -- currently, the GIF publish as just an image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling our social media and blogs through HubSpot gives us the chance to put it all together, schedule it, and not have to worry about it again.
Content marketing is so important to what we do, so having the ease of use of HubSpot for content creation has been amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the platform is being able to access everything I need from one location. It is also to navigate to the different areas, and get access to anything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can get a little clunky, it might be better to have a more comprehensive dashboard where everything is in one location. Also, it would be nice to be able to create a content calendar that is shareable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub lets me schedule, edit, analyze, and monitor all of my social posts on multiple accounts. This saves me a great deal of time and allows me to do everything I need efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools regarding Hubspot Marketing Hub are workflow tools. As, they help a lot in automation so can improve the efficiency of our processes and also help the team members to focus more on the strategic work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What bothers me is less support for some areas in the workflow automation process. Like we don't have an option for bulk merging so we can't handle duplicates well.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is providing much support for business activities, especially in terms of time-saving by providing automation tools to improve the efficiency of business processes.
