Managing leads, mql, sql and sales cycle
Easy to use and always growing with the needs of HubSpot's users.
What do you like best about the product?
Their access to customer support is unlike any other marketing automation platform I've used. The UI is intuitive and makes it easy for the entire team to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish operational emails were an out-of-the-box feature that way we can send emails to customers without having them unsubscribe but it's an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes everything connected especially to other marketing tech stack we use. That was a huge issue with some other marketing automation tools we used in the past.
Easy to use at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't require too much training to dive straight into the setup and analysis. Very easy to use and scalable as the business grows. Impressive support and numerous integrations with multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're watching the costs, then the pricing can catch you out as the business scales with additional contacts and the need for additional HubSpot services across the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution and accountability are the key problems HubSpot marketing hub is currently solving. Identifying the main sources and drill downs from each lead and tracking through the lifecycle is paramount.

Great customizability for properties, and workflows.

The inability to test sequences. The inability to create sequences on behalf of a someone else. Reporting is convoluted and difficult to customize.

Integrated marketing that combines CRM with marketing efforts and solid data/record keeping. It makes a small marketing team agile, productive, and effective.

It's the best CRM in the game. Easy to use, easy to customize, and it helps you make informed decisions on the fly.

The main challenges are establishing an effortless time-based lens on days in journey-based stages (lifecycle, milestone, customer, etc).

HubSpot helps you maximize your ability to generate, capture, and measure demand and revenue-based outcomes for any business across its lifecycle (from startup to enterprise).

I am using tools last 2-3years. HubSpot helps to get our marketing goals.

It's sometimes disappointing to take a longer time to approve email contact.

Prebuild email template is most helpful for executing email campaigns faster.

All the essential tools you need in one spot. From handling customer channels and promotions to landing pages. It helps small teams to handle marketing easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost can be expensive, for teams starting out. It may not be customizable to suit your front end preferences, ex:landing page design. Better ways to integrate other tools would be awesome.

Managing growth marketing. Running email campaigns for startup product, and user research. Helps improve productivity by helping address key marketing objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
As an online sales organization, our firm depends on HubSpot for the majority of its efforts across the board. Many software packages by combining them all into one. HubSpot is used by my marketing department to develop and monitor inbound prospects before passing them to the sales department. It contributes to combining our CRM and online marketing into a unified system. It's fantastic keep it all in order and build our business online. I wholeheartedly endorse HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content from email processes is sometimes dispersed and hard to locate. Design options for landing pages are restricted. I've encountered restrictions with HubSpot report creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one tool—the broadening of capabilities is what HubSpot excels at. Simple to utilize—I find it quite straightforward compared to Marketo, another MAP that I am familiar with. Hubspot CRM has proven to be quite beneficial to our tiny startup firm. As a rough and tumble startup, we heretofore had no version of the evidence, but we have been capable of putting just about all of our group activities in Hubspot, and this has beautifully stuffed that need.
