Great tool for marketing and integrates well with other softwares
What do you like best about the product?
Integration into gmail and slack, very helpful

Sometimes the integration just fails to pick up emails and conversations, logs you out without knowing

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a game-changer for us. The HubSpot support team is the best I've ever worked with in my entire career. We can streamline our processes directly using HubSpot or with one of their integrations. Not only have we saved so much time and effort after implementing, but we now have accurate attribution reporting and can report on the funnel effortlessly. We use the direct SalesForce integration with our account, which has worked wonders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope to see improvements in respecting email aliases when using the scheduling tools. I would also love to see more customization when it comes to email design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us automate our marketing efforts, have accurate reporting, and the ability to deep dive into attribution reports. Before HubSpot, we were guessing or depending on incomplete reports that didn't show a full funnel.
Best platform for sales & marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to launch campaigns with the drag and drop functionality and automation tools. Like the possibility to align sales and marketing with same contact data base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have better sync with the API to the ad platforms. Also better date range functionality in reports and lists.

The culture, pricing policies, and treatment of customers has massively deteriorated. I know a few people that work there and there is enormous pressure to make the business profitable and that is resulting in predatory sales practices, poor service, and sneaky, untransparrnty pricing.

It solves the issue of ease of use and clean interface

It has very simple features and settings like properties, workflows, integrations etc which makes life easier for Marketing Ops

There are a few restrictions in terms reporting and analytics which can be improved that will help Marketers to evaluate their campaigns better

It's helps is building automated workflows that helps with data normalisation, contact management, sync with CRM etc

What do you like best about the product?
I did my research before buying this CRM tool. I have used it for two years and am very happy with it. I have tried many different CRM platforms and this is by far the best. It's very easy to create an account, log into Marketing Hub, and start using the features. I can easily create a company profile. I can also create and edit contacts very quickly. It is very easy to connect Marketing Hub with other software like WordPress.
I could track all my leads, emails, and contacts. I can create forms, create groups and email lists of contacts to collect leads, and track activities all in one place. It is a great tool to handle all my leads, emails, and contacts.

Sometimes it's not easy to edit the prebuilt templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I'm able to track a contact's entire website activity and how we can understand what's working and what's not when it comes to our inbound marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrations with other platforms don't work perfectly, but it's a great tool overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us from the source of each lead and the source of our revenue, and it's allowing us to have the data we need to improve our inbound strategy.
Hubspot is a phenomenal tool and resource for any company
What do you like best about the product?
Hubpot's ease of use and readily available training resources make it the top choice for our sales and marketing management. My sales team is able to track conversations, and I'm able to track marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an "a la carte" option so that I could use one or two features from a "hub" without paying for that full service. Hubspot is a very large expense for a small company like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're easily able to track our new contact acquisitions by source, which helps us hone in on our marketing objectives. Your marketing is only effective if you know where to apply your efforts!
Great Marketing automation tool for all levels
What do you like best about the product?
Hubpsot is one of the most intuitive automation tools there is. It really doesn't take long to master the platform compared to some of the other automation tools on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some reporting functionality that is lacking in hubspot that could be improved upon, multitouch attribution is one of their newest reports and its not 100% useful yet but they do continue to roll out new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, email marketing and nurture programs, conversion attribution and campaign management. Also helps with aligning the team on goals and metrics in one central spot.
