HubSpot marketing hub is an all-in-one

What do you like best about the product?
The program has a system that filters and identifies potential customers, allowing us to work directly with them, saving time and effort. It also allows us to share the information of the marketing campaigns in the clients' social networks and in the company's own social networks, being able to track these publications in the networks as well. It integrates seamlessly with other crm programs such as Salesforce and sugarcrm.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little I can add against the program, because so far it has been very complete and is all in one, but if I should emphasize something would be the improvement of the design templates of the landing pages, being able to be a little more customizable and SEO of these landing pages can improve, to achieve better positioning in search engines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software to improve our marketing in terms of form, design and strategies for email and social media campaigns. It has advanced features and tools such as creating emails automatically, as well as creating destination web pages, specially designed for the marketing campaigns we are running, in order to give more relevance to our project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our organization comprises more than 150 employees and our range of customers and potential customers is wide, and this software has helped us a lot to improve every day marketing, sales and reach many more customers, so we can certainly recommend it to all companies of any size. It is a program you can count on because it is backed by first class technical support.

Great Tool for SMBs!

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of marketing automation is endless and keeps improving. Workflows and Smart features are my favourite tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports under analytics tools are not very friendly. Making analysing specific KPIs and building custom dashboards somewhat difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring and workflows have been helping us ensure leads are nurtured according to their lifecycle stage. Additionally, lead scoring also allows us to secure warmer leads for the sales hand-off.

That it is non-customizable in some aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
The constant evolution of the UI and UX, the multiple features and customization options and the reporting dashboard. Also, they have a pretty useful knowledge database that is the golden standard of inbound marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
They used to offer an integrated solution including CMS, sales and marketing modules. Now they charge for every one of them. Prices have gone way too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves every marketing problem you can think of: CRM, landing pages, lead generation and management, customer support, CMS. The templates and design options make it so easy for every marketing professional to start creating their own landing pages and craft beautiful emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recruit specialists that are familiar with the platform. This will make everything so much easier from day 1.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use: Coming from Salesforce, I found Hubspot UI SO MUCH easier to navigate and felt you find information much faster. Also, automations are quick to set up and test.
- All in one tool: The ability to have not only your CRM but also landing page creator, chatbot, etc... is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily dislike but I found the reporting capabilities to be a notch below Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us understand where our users were in their journey and we could create new marketing assets and flows to experiment new messaging, new channels, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and workflow tools. Being able to create different branches for different actions and creating different rules for previously opened emails or forms completed allows us to be targeted with our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations we use hubspot with create new companies and this makes us have to dedupe any deals and companies created 2 times because of automaticallt generated ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating a lot of our workflows and being able to link our website forms to create different steps and outcomes in a workflow is very helpful. Our leads have increased for a new product we have been pushing.

What do you like best about the product?
It has several features that help our team improve our sales and marketing campaigns. We can extract good analytics and well segment our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few really powerful features that are not yet implemented even thou the community has been asking for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very traditional way of reaching out to clients. When we started using the Marketing Hub, our reach and conversion rate increased exponentially.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all the current marketing tools practiced in the industry is available under one platform with many great add-on integrations is genuinely great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of these functionalities mentioned above is only available for higher tier of Hubspot subscribers

Linking and hosting all of our marketing tools plus having great tools for other departments within our company to use the CRM.
