Great CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Autdomations are great to be more productive
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to create automation for account settings and users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of emails communication control with the Marketing hub we can keep track of everything

The ability to create digital experiences, review and export analytics, and easily flow leads to my teams

That I didn't recommend Hubspot to my previous companies years ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily Hubspot is saving my graphic and web designers, and web developers a lot of time by the platform allowing my team to significantly modify the site.
Simpler than Salesforce, the best CRM for a small scrappy team
What do you like best about the product?
- The simplicity of the platform (layout, user guide, look and feel) - from day one I felt like I knew how to use it

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I often see messages about how I'm running out of lists, contacts, etc before they're going to charge me again. That adds a level of anxiety to being a user that should be reserved just for leadership or admin accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for deal management and for customer service, and marketing emails. It benefits us because Sales, Customer Success and Marketing all use the same platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think outside the box and you may find that Hubspot can be used by many teams (not just Marketing).

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to manage several different types of marketing related channels all in one place. The Hubspot Academy is also top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot had better email reporting templates for the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact it is easy to create emails & landing pages without the need for design resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The hubs work very well with each other and the automation the system allows is exceptionally helpful.

Nothing - we use all o the hubs and all of the functions.

Automates our marketing efforts, combining digital and offline marketing tools to help find new leads and push them through our sales funnel
Extremely user friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I am grateful for the workflow's and how I can re-target contacts who visit our site based on their interests. Re-targeting allows contacts to enter a workflow and I don't have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the duplication of contacts and companies consistently appear. I wish they found duplicates at the immediate level/time they are input into the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see web visitors who consistently visit our site and we can score them with the HubSpot scoring system, providing more insight for the sales team. My marketing capabilities have improved dramatically.

Managing our content, our contacts (leads and clients) and sending very impactful marketing email campaigns are very easy with Hubspot Marketing Hub

It helps us to scale our inbound marketing strategy and manage our multichannel campaigns very easily. Thanks to Hubspot, we generate more and more leads every month
Nice user interface, intuitive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great for organizing and executing marketing operations, from email to social to lead capture (forms) to landing pages. It's great that we can trace the source of new contacts and the system has dynamic and insightful dashboards. It's super easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have troubles with the integration with SalesForce and it would be great to have better visibility on our accounts and prospective accounts without having to go through SalesForce (not everyone in Marketing has a SFDC license) in order to better trace and execute marketing initiatives and have an eye on account health and status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing hub helps us save time building emails and keeping track of our contacts. It's also very helpful for social media as we can make social posts via their platform and track their performance in one space as well as associate them to campaigns.

Hubspot is great for capturing potential customers to give insight into customers' behaviour and how we can generate deals throughout whilst making deals and tracking behavioural patterns

I don't dislike anything about Hubspot, I think it's great for what I use it for and also for gaining insight into leads and various patterns which helps us in targeting the right market and making the most of the opportunity

Hubspot Helps With Ads Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy ads reporting, campaign reviews and a clear view of the pipeline generated from PPC.
Customisable reports and automated targeting audiences are also a huge plus.

You cannot manipulate cost data to generate campaign-specific cost per MQLs etc.

The Audiences element in ads saves time and manual admin by allowing you to automatically update a limited number of audiences across multiple platforms.
Whilst the events section allows you to easily import Hubspot conversions into advertising platforms like Google and Facebook Ads.
