Great marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to learn how to use the platform on your own. There are great tutorials and so many ways to get in touch with a responsive and smart support team
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be difficult to design and make a landing page look different
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my team nurture our clients and prospects in an easy way
Great UX and UI design, very intuitive, and easy to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few CRM systems in the past to build out emails including Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo. As an Email Marketer, I can easily customize the modules for every email, create attractive graphics and eye-catching CTAs, and build out an automation system without requiring a third-party vendor (such as Knak and Stensul). This is especially useful as it helps to save costs and stakeholders can approve the emails all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I build out emails, I cannot turn an automated email into a normal one-off email. I reached out to HubSpot Support concerning this matter and the Support team notified me that HubSpot does not currently have a feature that supports this need. Also, there isn't a dashboard on the Email Marketing Performances that shows all of our email sends benchmarked against our average sending rates YTD and whether it is above or below the industry average.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the simplicity of creating emails and nurture programs while acting as a social media management tool that can help us schedule and deploy social media posts. It allows us to work cross-functionally with our Business Development and Sales Team so when a qualified lead is generated through Marketing, a ticket is automatically created for the representative to get in touch.
A fantastic solution for marketers to manage contacts and take them through the customer lifecycle
What do you like best about the product?
We are focused on building awareness around our solution. Using Hubspot, we can track, understand, and optimize the engagement of our marketing contacts with our content in one place. We are able to manage our email content, forms, and landing pages very easily. The customer support of Hubspot is also very strong and responsive. I get a response within 8 hours of sending their support an email. It is also very easy to get time with one of their CSMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could get credits for a higher number of marketing contacts for the price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us manage our prospects through the customer lifecycle efficiently. It is easy to set up lead scoring which helps us manage our marketing qualified leads.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made email marketing so easy for us. Creating landing pages, and building complete marketing campaigns is easy.

If you are looking for a cost-effective marketing automation tool for your organization HubSpot is one of the best investments.
Super scalable and friendly CRM/MAP
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of tools, from ads tracking, emails, and social media all in one place. Everything ties back super easily to individual contacts and their data across your website, which is great. Regardless of if you're a B2B or B2C company, it's important to remember you're still selling to individual people and having the data and comms at arm's length is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools can be launched pre-maturely at times and value of tools can be oversold to help HubSpot's internal app adoption metrics. i.e. the SEO content tools aren't really a good alternative to SEMRush and the 'SEO Tool' is really just a digital whiteboard as opposed to any sort of super use content idea generation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from ads tracking to lead nurturing, attribution, integrations to other systems and pipeline management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bake products longer, update older ones so they're more useful or competitive (campaigns, SEO tool)

I like the sequences and automation of sending emails

I wish there were more analytics with the sequences and people who viewed your email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of getting my emails in front of many different people. It helps me with sales and being more productive
HubSpot is changing the way we send email!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super easy to navigate and has many integrations to optimize and keep your contact list healthy. It has made our whole process from list upload to A/B testing seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to stagger our email sends so one list is sent in intervals rather than all at once and the testing capabilities to be more robust than just your basic A/B testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down the time for list upload and segmentation and allows us to use many different creatives while tracking results and optimizing. The email builder is one of the best I've used and allows us to get away from sending single image-based emails.

The campaign analytics tool has been super helpful in tracking different media's engagement via one campaign
An Excellent Marketing and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
All-inclusive marketing platform to manage contacts, email, forms, social media, reporting, blogging, and more. It is easy to use and we can even use it as a CMS for content marketing and building a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive, you have to pay for additional technical support and contracts are not flexible. The email templates are a bit complex to modify without knowledge of HTML/CSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is an All-in-one marketing, sales, and customer service platform. It helps us to create more engagement with our existing customers and attract new customers. Creating and handing the lead generation is easy with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and power of building workflows. Lots of triggers for enrolling people in workflows and tons of customizable options make the workflows really effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email builder. The drag and drop capability of building an email is a little misleading. Does not have the drag and drop capability of other typical drag and drop softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated email reach out and customer nurturing as well as housing marketing documents and files to post on our website and send to customers. We also use it as our main source for collecting leads through our website from forms.
