Hubspot Supports Jewelry Company
What do you like best about the product?
We love the tracking and tasks of items to help follow-up with inquiries. The automations have made processes much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike the chat inbox setup. There isn't easy text notifications nor can you mark messages unread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many inquiries daily. Hubspot allows us to keep track of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its definitely worth the cost. The value of organization and support to the business is great.
Great for automated routines for sales people
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great in automating tasks and workflows for sales people, combining this with tracking client clicks in emails and pages viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe we do not have the best way of tracking the sales pipeline, but I think it's our own fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us to build and optimize landing pages and emails, which help us to reach more clients in a mor effective way.
Very simple to use but has a ton of capability.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow functionality. It makes the ability to create multi touch campaigns very simply and easily. I also like the integration with Salesforce.com, I can use HubSpot as a prospecting tool and not load all prospects into my sales environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you need to increase your subscription to Operations Hub to take advantage of the programmatic workflow. A GUI-based design is fine for most people but being able to get into the more granular details of a workflow for micro-adjustments would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to prospect thousands of people at one time in a separate system allows me to keep my marketing efforts (lead generation) separate from my sales efforts. This allows sales to focus on selling and marketing to focus on lead generation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation workflows! They are a time saver and I couldn't imagine my job without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish social posting through HubSpot wasn't recognized as a 3rd party.

The drag and drop creator simplified email design!
Great solution for Tier 1 manufacturer getting started with digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to implement, broad range of functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to get as granular as I'd like with some things, such as targeting Google Ads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously doing no digital marketing. HubSpot made it simple to begin doing and brings it all into one place
Hubspot offers lots of functionality for medium-corp. large businesses but not small businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow automation can be a game-changer for someone who has run the business but does not have many hands to help. + Free certification is a huge bonus. The certifications helped me get this job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices for some awesome features on HubSpot are a little steep. I would once again, not recommend smaller businesses that don't have 6-digit growth each year.

Quicker overview of our main social channels and data. We can see a birdseye view of our sales and how profitable we are quarter-over-quarter. Great system overall

Limitations on integrations from systems. Unable to close loop on transactions and duplicates are created.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has an intuitive UX and encompasses everything I need as a marketer, including list and data management, email development, easy-to-build reports, and powerful integrations to support our overall marketing tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very specific but an ongoing frustration in our business...it's very difficult to export or pass data about campaigns and source details out of HubSpot. It pushes out as a numerical identifier, whereas we need the names of campaigns, etc. to make it easier on our team using Salesforce to identify interactions of HubSpot contacts as they become MQLs.

Smooth, Painless and Refreshingly Dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
easy navigation and easy usability for everyone, no matter the skill level. Hubspot has brought many areas of our department together in one cohesive platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of so far, Template building was a bit tricky until we learned to save built emails as templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our various teams, PR, Email marketing, Photos, Social and Business intelligence to have one cohesive platform for our marketing efforts. The entire team is more informed and involved in what each is doing and its neat.
HubSpot is a jack of all trades
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and integrations make it easy to build what you need to — and fast! The UI is also very intuitive, making it friendly for users who are early in their career to learn a lot about MarketingOps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are odd quirks across the platform. Lists take a super long time to load, compared to very similar contact views. There are no sub-folders for emails. Sometimes the incorrect "original source" is applied to newly-created leads. De-duping companies is impossible when you have a Salesforce integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us have a control/command center for our various marketing campaigns. The Salesforce integration ensures our Sales team is up-to-date with information about demand gen.
