What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Tools sustained our fast-paced growth through seamless integration between each feature. From social media to lead generation to email marketing, it was the right choice for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few hiccups with social media posting but nothing their customer service wouldn't fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now use only one platform to manage all our marketing initiatives. We gain efficiency and it was more financially viable for us to sustain our multi-platform audience growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally love the email marketing options and the innovation that Hubspot provides. Just recently they incorporated their workflows into the email process which will help simplify our process greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media posting options are still somewhat limited on Instagram. In order to post multiple photos, reels, stories, etc we do have to leave the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation features have greatly increased our efficiency and allowed us to streamline processes and run them in the background that would otherwise be hours of manual input.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to train new users. HubSpot is a great product for marketers with both minimal and extensive technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could use some additional advancements. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our content performance of our emails, but HubSpot doesn't have a very good way to analyze. Also, workflow reporting should be on a dashboard and shareable at a dashboard level to execs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email turnaround is fast and easy. My role is marketing automation and for now, HubSpot is a great tool to manage lead nurturing for our clients.

Reports and Dashboards in my opinion are a little basic and can do with more variety.

What do you like best about the product?
For a marketer, having all needed tools in one platform, that sync together, and provide accurate data is vital. HubSpot is a leader in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modules are not as intuitive as I would like. Some simple tasks take multi-steps. Some popular list and automation tools are missing/lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging our website, email, landing page, and workflows into one platform. This allows a more seamless tracking of a lead's journey.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools are all easy to use and whether it's an advanced user like myself or someone with less technical ability, we're all able to easily work figure things out and achieve a cohesive look and feel with all our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The supplied templates for landing pages and emails are great, unfortunately, Hubspot chose to limit how much you're able to modify stock templates. It would be great if you were able to customize the stock templates as much as a custom template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though it doesn't do any one thing extraordinarily well, it's really great being able to send emails, build landing pages, post to social and view basic analytics all in one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're already using Hubspot, their tools and fantastic, simple to use, and the benefits of having everything in one platform is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to analyze email and social media performance very easily and quickly. Being able to track when people submit forms and how they got to the form/cta is a big help when deciding on things to continue to do or to try differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the landing pages are hard to work with. Sometimes fonts/colors/headings/modules work and then sometimes they don't with no reason or difference in my processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefitting our team by being able to see how our campaigns are turning distant prospects into MQLs or even SQLs for the company. It benefits our team by being able to prove that our initiatives are helping the company to meet sales goals and grow.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and affordability. Easy to scale and grow with. Many features that meet the needs of most businesses without an additional cost. IF you have someone with the interest to go deeper, you can build out nearly anything your business may want.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a native built connection for nearly any other software you can think of, the ones that are most important are often lacking in what should be simple things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automations, and easy to use automated emailing. There are a ton of possibilities with what you can do. Workflows especially are very straight forward in terms of logic.

What do you like best about the product?
As an inbound sales organization, our company relies on HubSpot for most of our activities, across the whole organization. It solves the problem of having multiple software programs by consolidating all of them into one. My marketing team uses HubSpot to nurture and track inbound leads and then push them to the sales team. It helps solve the problem of having our CRM and digital marketing combined into one single platform. It's great because it helps us have everything together, thus growing our business. I would definitely recommend HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
- It's not always easy to find images or media for workflows
- Data from email workflows is often scattered and difficult to find
- Landing Pages is limited in terms of design
- Reporting - I've run into limitations with HubSpot report building
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one software - the main thing HubSpot does well is the breadth of functionality.
Easy of use - personally, I find it more intuitive than Marketo, which is the other MAP that I know well.
