Easy All In One Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule out everything really helps streamline our process. It is super easy to schedule out our social media posts, emails, and blogs. We were also able to rebuild our webpage to fit our rebranding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I wish was an option is to schedule out TikTok videos as well as Instagram Reels. I am able to schedule out Facebook, Instagram static posts, Twitter, and LinkedIn. However it would make it easier if I was able to schedule out Video content for Instagram and TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we were having was not having one platform for all of our marketing. We had one platform for our webiste, a different platform for email marketing, a differnt platform to schedule some of our social media, a differnt platform for socials that wasn't able to be posted. Now we have it all in one place and able to start a blog.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates very nicely to websites and has some great templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the modules are restricting. Also, it would be awesome if there was a better SEO typing feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track and qualify leads.
For email marketing it is great, I just wise there was more of a sorting system up front.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to create emails to duplicate and schedule out for the team rather than restarting the whole process every time. My favorite tool would just be the email creation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that might need improvement is the social content tool. This is a basic scheduler that isn't clear on the data it is collecting. Plus it isn't up to date on the social media apps such as tagging individuals, or posting multiple pictures on all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is helping the fact that they are all in one central location for all our information. It helps with efficiency and productivity. It helps us produce more content faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, there's a lot you can connect and manage in the platform, and they have a ton of resources available online and the ability to get certified in different aspects. Plus, it's a common platform used across organizations which makes it a nice skill set to have on your resume.
What do you dislike about the product?
They limit the number of workflows, lists, etc. that you can use and make you upgrade to use more. There are also some limitations in reporting that require us to pull data from the platform and track in excel. They also recently took away a core functionality we use that complicates a big part of our campaigning moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate marketing processes and track activity in one centralized location.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and helps me get tasks/projects done quicker. The automation is key for those of us who are 1-2 person marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that HubSpot immediately charges you/raises your account level when you go over your contact number. It would be nice to have a buffer period to go in and clean out contacts to stay under the maximum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the need to outsource certain aspects of my job. Again, the automation and quick-to-learn tools help me get things done and not have to outsource and project manage it.
Great program with a lot of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the reporting capabilities and workflows have been a tool we utilize a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the lingo can be a bit hard to follow you need to take the proper trainings and at times things can be a bit nuanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us drive more sales post purchase through retargeting and workflows
Complete and simple tool for the Marketing process.
What do you like best about the product?
I can build all the workflows I need within my marketing processes, facilitating this operation and with many really interesting configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to use it for my cold emailing processes, but it is not yet as effective for this; some key functionalities are missing, although I understand that it is probably not the tool's objective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage contacts, lists, and workflows very efficiently, I easily achieve automation of this management and clearly visualize objectives and results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It fulfills its functions very well and allows for easy automation of marketing processes. Additionally, its APIs work quite well, allowing us to connect our platforms to manage our contacts correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how marketing hub brings everything into one place. You can manage social, emails, etc. all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about marketing hub. It is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having too many tools. With marketing hub you can eliminate all the other programs you use and have the same features in marketing hub.
HubSpot is very simple to use compared to other CRMs and the support is far superior.

The support and all the different training modules to get you going on the different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support personnel need to do a little research to find an answer, but this is only a problem when trying to fix something urgently.

It's taking care of all of our marketing needs. Email, Social etc.
Great platform for marketing emails
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has been great for the needs of our growing startup. We are able to scale and send marketing and transactional emails, and there are a lot of great features we have unlocked using workflows to trigger internal notifications as well as drip campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in terms of adding variable data to emails. There also is not a way to CC contact owners on communications at this time or add internal seed lists which would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us to scale our marketing and communications efforts. The platform is pretty user-friendly and makes it easy for me to solve problems for internal customers as a communications professional.
