I love it! It's intuitive and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love CTAs and email automation. These help me make clear, personal calls to action to our contacts that still feel like relational connections. I'm all about it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the price that we pay for Hubspot in general. The product we get is excellent so that's why we're still customers! Also, the reporting tool is a little difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is helping us segment our audience and give personalized emails and calls to action. It's also helping us track our return on investment for our social media ads.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Just a few features I hope to get added in the future, improvements in attribution reporting for example
- It can take some time to discover very useful features, so I would recommend people to do the onboarding properly or contact an expert that can show you!

A great platform for Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very user-friendly platform that can be used by folks all around in marketing and sales. You do not need a lot of training to get your job done through HubSpot. And even if you're stuck somewhere, their support team is available through email or a phone call to help answer all your questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functionality in the workflows tab. Like in our organization, we like to send emails on specific days of the month and there's no way possible for us to use that feature unless we also buy the Ops Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our big problem of automating any desired task and that in turn saves us a lot of manual work by having the ability to automate workflows or the ability to schedule emails well in advance.

It is a great tool to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love the e-mailing feature from the marketing hub, it makes it very easy to send out messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't pinpoint any one specific thing right now. However, I feel at various times there are just small features that could vastly improve the overall experience (i.e. marketing e-mail suggestions like it does on sequences.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub is helping with our outreach and communication with customers, it makes it easier to whip up e-mails to different groups of people and keep them in the loop.
A breath of fresh air for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, the ease of use during implementation and piloting made the process headache free. It enabled myself and the team to begin working autonomously and that is a huge win for us. The ability to create landing pages, forms, and more without the need for hundreds of hoops and processes and departments will enable us to move faster and our marketing to become automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love the landing pages, there have been many limitations and downsides in the customization of the templates. The branding kit did not transfer to the template, which was an aggravation after we did all the branding work for it for it not to come over. Additionally, I disliked you could not change the footers out on the pages, this also has made it not 100% fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing is solving a gap in our resources and tools to allow us to work faster, more automated, and enabling us to have pride in our work. It is solving for a disjointed broken foundation of a crm we had and creating a streamlined process not only for marketing, but also our marketing operations.
Very easy to use and understand
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the tool is even for new users. I started on a new team and was able to figure out the solution without needing lots of help from my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you delete a workflow, you cannot necessarily undo that action. Although you can see what you did previously from the activity tab, you have the recreate the workflow manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us easily manage contacts, create landing pages, design emails for campaigns and coordinate social posting on one platform. The dashboards also make it easy to track performance and export insights to share with other teams.
HubSpot is a perfect platform for our non profit!

AI integration is fantastic. It has helped us with a number of initiatives.

Sometimes it can be overwhelming to understand all the functions but support is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about the hubspot marketing hub is the user friendly email platform. You are able to create incredible visually pleasing emails with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having an easier way to create and make live lists in the contacts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have clear stats on my emails to create the best emails as possible for my company!
