HubSpot is intuitive and easy-to-use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform layout is intuitive, the filtering is dynamic, and the support teams are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop style of the reporting and dashboards is simple, but I have never been able to achieve 100% of what I hope with HubSpot reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer and prospect management, email marketing, live chat, and social media scheduling.
So far, so good. It's been easy to build email campaigns and track.
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop email building and landing page templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you forward an email that was built with drag and drop, it doesn't keep the formatting sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track leads and emails easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CHeck out the templates in the Marketplace. They have some great things to start with.
HubSpot is terrific for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Email and social media marketing using HubSpot is simple. List uploading and contact management are a breeze too.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot--Salesforce synchronization is frustrating. Too many required permissions. Inclusion lists are weird and unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly email marketing, social media, and marketing automation, and how their results contribute to campaign attribution.
A great all-in-one platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for keeping track of all your marketing campaigns and tactics in one place, from social media to emails to multi-touch campaigns. Plus, they have great tracking features as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're already using a lot of tools, switching and integrating everything into Hubspot can be tricky. In addition, while it's nice to have everything in one place, some of their tools aren't as functional as more specialized tools in those areas (i.e. their Instagram scheduling tools aren't as feature-rich as specific platforms for Instagram scheduling.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is helping us keep track of multiple ongoing, concurrent campaigns and their results, all in one place. It makes it so much easier to see what's working!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations available to connect google and to connect accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot that I dislike. I wish there was a way to take automated emails out of workflows to send individually.

It is allowing us to reach a lot of people with minimal work and with analytics afterwards.

A Powerful Suite of Tools Designed To Make Your Marketing Team Shine
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Workflows are by far the most impressive feature in Hubspot Marketing. Hubspot's workflow builder is insanely powerful and allows you to build complex workflows with many emails, custom actions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some "basic" features such as having multiple variants footers across your emails are locked under the Hubspot Marketing Enterprise plan which can be a bit annoying for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Hubspot as our Sales CMS for a while, but were not using Hubspot Marketing until recently. Bringing everything under one roof has been incredibly helpful to streamline work.

What do you like best about the product?
Good visibility into who is coming into our CRM system and from what channels. Easy email drafting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are a bit involved, I did prefer the simple automation rules function of Pardot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving how easily we can contact folks in our database. This allows us to more easily send communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create / auto create dashboards to better review data and show case its story, and how easy it is to populate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI under assigned contacts and how there could be more fields to help across different messaging outreaches instead of just email or call - having a place to note linkedin messages or other types would be valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clariying leads and where they come from to help salesteam better perform.

Utilize the support team, they are great!
Intuitive and useful for any digital marketer!

It's so eays to use because of it's intuitive interface, as well as its community forum where we can get any answers to problems that arise day to day
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality on the social posting side are lagging behind other social posting platforms. But that's what they do 100% and it's just a small piece of what hubspot does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its landing pages are so easy to use, great for combining many vendors into one with their CTA's, forms, workflows, LP's, social, analytics and so much more. The reporting features are something we didn't have easily accessible before Marketing Hub.
