HubSpot has made work so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build and schedule emails easily. I also love the ability to schedule social media posts on LinkedIn or Facebook. I find it far better than some other CRM's I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had many complaints to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes work easier, and more efficient - I can schedule emails, clone them, adjust them and personalize them to ensure my audience receives the best possible communication.

Ability to customise our marketing campaigns for the correct individuals within our reseller channel

Complexities of the workflows, it can be difficult to work out but once this is configured it is effective

Great all-round marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to integrate all of your accounts and use them all in one place. The drag and drop emails are simple and easy to use, and once you get your head around workflows, they are easy to create, duplicate and get going with your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain actions unavailable for workflows, such as going to an action when, for example, the total customer's sales increases by one. The ability to be able to send out monthly emails would also be super handy instead of having to duplicate the same action over and over

Having everything we want in one place. I can use the social calendar to post all my content on different days and at different times, as well as scheduling emails to go out at local and non-local times

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and I'm able to sync up all my efforts with a nice clear view of what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's some room for improvement with reporting. I'd love to be able to measure clicks on pop-ups for example.
I'd also like to get a better idea of what people are doing on our website and see a funnel view of pages visited.

Executing marketing activity whilst reporting on and measuring our successes and failures.

What do you like best about the product?
No negatives; generally what I need is in the system. If I can't find something that I need, a report for example, support can normally quickly fix this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see territory segmentation on LinkedIn organic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling digital transformation in our marketing efforts; given it's not a barrier to test, measure and refine our strategies/tactics. The speed allows us to do this at speed, not requiring big developments that typically mean a loss of momentum.

There are important features in email marketing that are missing:
1. No dark mode.
2. Only one template allows you to send emails that look like "regular" emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, UX, the fact that everything is connected into the same CRM. It's a great tool to use to understand the full lead journey with dashboards and representations that can be easily shared and reviewed by the greater team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are missing features that are standard in other similar tools. You're also limited in some customization options which make it difficult to use HubSpot as a once stop shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency, teamwork, and having a single source of truth. HubSpot allows us to have one place to go and see what our leads are interacting with [website, content, emails, sales conversations] and get everyone 'on the same page.'

The best for Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for over 5 years now and through different companies. I've tried other tools but always suggest getting HubSpot. It has every feature me and y team need and it's super easy to use. I especially appreciate their customer support, it's fast and effective. Overall, the best tool to work with for a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations with other tools are still limited and don't allow us to use HubSpot's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot centralizes most of my daily activities into one platform. And even when I need something else outside, I can always find a workaround to have everything covered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't even think about it. Other tools may be cheaper and look good but nothing is as complete as HubSpot.
