Bitter sweet experience with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
You can track individual buyer journeys across the sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to club email opens for example for lead scoring. need to choose every email individually. Also, extremely poor reporting for reengagement campaigns. forex, understanding which marketing activities led to the prospect going down the funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
gives a representation of contacts and companies and how they engage with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the efficiency of the workflows, creating emails and creating lists for contacts most. Also, the dashboards give really clear reports to reflect on your actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not careful, the workflows can start overriding each other, so automatic tasks or assigned contact members don't go the way I want. It's sometimes frustrating to take time to learn all possibilities when you're the first to figure it out for a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us to gather leads and keep in touch with our contacts. We also use the Sales pipelines often to overview our customers and prospects. Being able to view what marketing actions resulted in a customer is very handy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to schedule meetings regularly to take a look at the tasks, stats and new contacts!

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very intuitive and I think it's the best definition of "work smarter, not harder", which is one of the focus of our marketing team. You have everything you need to give your contacts a positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I dislike but I'd love to have the possibility to schedule LinkedIn posts filtering by country in HubSpot, which is currently not an option and we have to do it manually in our LinkedIn account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lead generation process has become much more easy and quick. From building audiences to analyzing results, the HubSpot Marketing Hub provides you with all the necessary tools to boost the performance of your team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's going to be a good choice, I have no doubt.

What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage of Hubspot's Marketing Hub is its easiness to use. The platform is intuitive and the functionalities are straightforward. It is also quite remarkable that the knowledge base, forums and tutorials are quite extensive, and the community is great. We enjoy managing all our marketing-generated data from Hubspot, be it from a website, landing pages, social ads or email campaigns and make our reports on them easily. I can confidently recommend Hubspot's Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few elements where there is still room for improvement. One of them is the Lead Generation function. In general, this serves the purpose of collecting all form submissions from all sources, however, it doesn't include form submissions from social campaigns, like Linkedin or Facebook. These form submissions are relatively hidden and since they are not included in the general form submissions, they are very difficult to make a report on. Furthermore, the SEO recommendations are not really on point most of the time, those could be further improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us organize all our marketing-generated data in one place, therefore providing us the opportunity to easily create reports on these. With the reports, we can analyze and evaluate the collected data. This happens all automatically with our automated workflows. Overall, it benefits us by providing us the chance to improve our commercial efforts, and optimize our CAC and spare time.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that HubSpot is all in one makes marketing easier. The fact that it is integrated, makes it more effective

There isn't much.

Improvement in the integrations and SEO area could be something which I would recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having insights into all marketing activities and the connection they share has been a great benefit. Coupled with the CRM, we now receive potent insights into the behaviour, likes, dislikes, etc., of both our current & potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Looking into contacts list and also being able to send created audience groups to Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
There are problems with integrations and sometimes HS gets lost when a potential lead leaves his tracks on many media like google ads, Facebook, direct, organic etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped with managing all forms sent to one place, which is called the HS, linking the marketing team with h sales in the best possible way. A great advantage to use in making things easier for all company members.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is a powerful tool that allows the marketing team to take complete control over the communication with users - for ad hoc campaign communication right through to regular automated emails and other communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a large and powerful tool with a number of tiers and packages which can make understanding what tools you have available a little tricky. And can lead to the situation where you have read about an awesome feature only to find out it's not available on your plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single consoldated place to view all our marketing contacts segmented into their life cycle stages allowing for targeted and contextually relevant comunication, while easily allowing for content tweaks and changes.
