What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of the tool is remarkable. If your company is a fast-paced start-up Hubspot is the best solution. Once it is related to Marketing, you can create cross functioning reports, dashboards and see the details on your marketing performance very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are an organization that has complexity or has lots of people it might a bit challenging since it is limited. Especially for the updated that are not user friendly might give you or your team hard time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub gives you lots of insights with nearly 1 click. Especially the traffic on your pages, bounce rate, exit rate, time spent, etc is visible directly. Once you want to optimise your pages, your paid ad campaigns Marketing Hub gives you that chance to do those optimisations without going to the channels you have your ads on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for user-friendly CRM, Hubspot might be a choice you would like to consider.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use for a new Hubspot user like me. A lot of helpful templates are available for starters, but at the same time, the tool is very customizable depending on business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No known issues so far, customer service support is also easily reachable when needed. No major issues encountered with the use of HubSpot Marketing Hub so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a great tool in generating and managing our marketing qualified leads. We can easily track the activities of the contacts database and the status for each. It can also be integrated to our exsiting Sales tool.

flexibility and user experience is very good while using HubSpot

Forms can be improved in terms of making them more fluid. Case in point Typeform provides a better experience and would love if something on the same level i can get on HubSpot itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our marketing processes (From Email Mkt to Social Media, etc.) are now on HubSpot Marketing Hub
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to choose the right onboarding agency as it will serve as the base level work to start

What do you like best about the product?
Managing contacts and their property is very easy and useful. Lots of options for email templates and personalize features is really great to make the emailers effective and to get good response.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there is more options for text box design like adding background color outline and many other features etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us to be connected with customers very effectively. Automation is a great feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and user-friendly interface. Genuinely useful updates around workflow automation. Use the form, LP and email marketing tools extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more intuitive integrations with tools like Typeform. Ability be able to pass MIDs and contact info to form submissions and to make this easier. Poor aesthetics around the form. Can be improved significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email drip campaigns are super easy to run.
Integrated marketing campaigns: LP, Form, Email are quick and easy to deploy
Ability to reconcile data across multiple channels is extremely useful
The marketing hub, that allows me to store files etc. is very useful.

Reliable and easy to use for sales team

What do you like best about the product?
We moved to Hubspot (despite my initial resistance) to accommodate the needs and preference of sales teams. Since using hubspot for our pipeline management, we have not received any complaints from them. It's easy, it's fast and has a slick interface our non-techie sales reps are using it with no fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a different platform, the only thing I'm not a big fan of is multiple steps are required in the zaps we're building. Some of the triggers are deprecated also so I'm worried some of those we built will break or need some rethinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to Hubspot for the pipeline management system for sales team, it's a breeze with hubspot. Fewer issues from the tech side of things, and no delays in the delivery and storage of data into the system.
