Drag and drop email/landing page builder is great however styling customization could be a painpoint if you don't know Hbul, theme, or new to Hubspot.

Marketing BAU activities and CRM functionality
Fairly intuitive and easy to use. The live chat support is great.

The support from our Consultant Kristen and the Live Chat help

Email marketing templates are limited - Would be good to have more options

Hubspot makes my work life so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Putting contacts and companies through workflows and being able to automate emails and if-then branches. It is super intuitive and saves me so much time. The support staff are also extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to CC in emails sent via workflows, not being able to import a list of contacts and match by names (to avoid creating duplicates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who has already been contacted and who meets certain criteria to make them eligible to receive certain comms. The insights to my emails is so helpful and has given us information on what our clientele are most likely to interact with. This is a huge win for our business.

Its very seamless to use. A bit of learning to start with, but once set up its very cool.

You really need the Professional Plan to unlock the best features, which do come at a cost

Sometimes the data aren't 100% accurate. It also has limitations when it comes to newsletters.

What do you like best about the product?
. HubSpot has helped us optimize our marketing communication efforts by giving an integrated platform where we can manage and track all our emails and landing page efficiently. As a designer I value clear UI/UX platforms with advanced customizable features and HubSpot is one of them.

A little bit of the complexity in finding some items or features the first time, after that is easy and honestly you can automate almost everything. Not really a dislike
