All in one Inbound Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and use, Automated all our marketing work flows

Not much room to integrate with 3rd party tools and less features for a/b testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combained all camapaigns , Social media activity, analytics and landing pages in one tool rather me jumping around in multiple places
User Friendly, Great for Email & Marketing Campaigns, Organizing Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the plethora of information (fields) you can include for each record. It is easy to pick out which items of information you need and how you want it arranged on the pages. Also, creating lists and reports is very customizable and fairly straightforward. I usually download lists into an Excel file, which makes it easy to sort and manipulate. We use HubSpot for fairly large email/marketing campaigns, announcements, invitations, and holiday greetings. We make a point to send out at least 1 campaign monthly, plus we announce training or livestream webinars at least every other month. HubSpot marketing has made that process quick, easy, and with great feedback on delivery and engagement. This helps us to tweak our efforts if there are people or organizations who have patterns of opening or responding to our messages. We only use it along with Excel and Adobe, and have integrated with Microsoft Teams smoothly as well. We had no formal training, just watched videos and accessed the help desk to implement this application within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the standard reports are missing information that I would expect to be included, but making adjustments is straightforward. Customer service leaves something to be desired, as it can be difficult to reach a real person quickly. Overall, though, the application has fulfilled its purpose, and we continue to find new ways to use it and maximize its value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach our large audience quickly and gauge their responses, or even note when there is no response, is important to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the level of visibility this tool provides across a wide range of metrics. It gives me much deeper insight than most other CRMs I have used. I also find it very easy to upload lists, and I like that it clearly indicates where any errors occur and explains how to resolve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The abundance of features can be overwhelming, especially for smaller teams like ours, and this often results in the tool not being used to its full potential. Because of the platform's complexity, making the most of it usually demands a dedicated specialist. Additionally, the navigation can be inconsistent; frequent updates to the user interface make it challenging to find certain features, which disrupts workflows and can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Hubspot is an all-in-one platform, we are able to track all of our marketing campaigns, efforts, sales activity, and ROI in a single place. This makes it much easier for us to see which areas we are performing well in and which areas could use improvement.

easy to build a good looking marketing campaign, quick on support when its needed and usually pretty good answers. loads of apps to integrate int he marketplace and the ability to use Zapier for apps that aren't built natively.
What do you dislike about the product?
clunky and the AI tool never really works properly. bit of a brute force task to get things to work sometimes just needs refinement and some bug fixes and it will be good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting our information newsletters out to clients and analysing who is actually receptive to them - using the A/B testing is also very helpful for new styles of campaigns
Solid Service Desk Tool with Room for Improvement in AI & Helpdocs
What do you like best about the product?
While setup can be confusing for newer users, using the marketing tools in Hubspot is mostly intuitive. I like how the tools are grouped together, though did face some initial confusion between sequences and workflows. Their support team was on the ball with getting us unstuck. I do appreciate how it integrated into several of our existing tools, Gmail, Custify, Forms, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new AI billing costs are too high and forced us to drop chatbot support. That was a big downside for my team and forced us to implement another third-party solution. The knowledgebase tool also feels outdated and needs better formatting and organization options to be really useful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enables us to schedule and monitor our outbound messaging on a large scale. Our SaaS application is directly integrated with Hubspot, so all of our onboarding email sequences are sent out through Hubspot.

The user interface could be better and there should be more views available, like a calendar view

Accurate reporting and deliverability have been the main highlights.

HubSpot makes marketing a lot less messy
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and CRM integration. Setting up workflows to follow up with leads has saved me hours every week, and the sales team now has full visibility into prospect engagement. The email builder is also super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features (like A/B testing and more complex workflows) are only available in higher tiers, which can get expensive. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly to nurture webinar leads and track email engagement. Earlier I had to manually follow up and update sheets, but now the workflows do it automatically and push everything into the CRM. It saves me hours every week and helps sales jump in with context instead of chasing cold leads.

The best aspect of Hubspot Marketing Hub is that it provides opportunities to learn more about the platform itself, as well as the different ways it can be used.

I don't think there's anything to dislike.

It essentially makes it easier to get in touch with leads while also helping to maintain a proper format for those interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub has made my life easier as a product marketing manager for two different business lines. We were able to eliminate several vendors in our tech stack with all the tools available in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to all of its capabilities, training new users in HubSpot can be a chore. They often feel like they're drinking from a fire house of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to HubSpot, my team used Mailchimp and had to manually upload our marketing lists every time we needed to send a vital email since our native database had no available API integrations with MailChimp. Now that our data is in HubSpot, a manual process that could take 45 minutes to export, clean, de-dupe, and import into our ESP, now takes 30 seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot almost every day — especially for posting and scheduling on social media, and sending out marketing emails. In those respects, it’s really solid: it’s clean, intuitive, and I can get things done pretty quickly without constantly wrestling with settings or interfaces. For busy marketing teams, that ease-of-use is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media analytics feel off. The numbers don’t always match what I see natively on platforms, and that erodes confidence when I'm measuring performance or reporting.
Segment building is decent, but it could be more intuitive. It’s not always obvious where to start, or what good best practices are — I wish there were more in-tool guidance or templates for building smart segments without overthinking it. I trust the agent that is in place for building segments will get better with time.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline daily marketing tasks. I can plan, schedule, and publish social media posts from one place instead of juggling multiple platforms, and I can build and send email campaigns quickly without needing extra tools. That efficiency saves me time and keeps campaigns consistent. It also centralizes my outreach so I have one hub to manage communications instead of bouncing between apps.
