What do you like best about the product?
It has everything what marketer needs. CRM, automation and many more.

Making marketing campaigns and data sets easy to manage between it and salesforce
HubSpot is awesome!!! It makes everything simpler when it comes to CRM, marketing and sales
What do you like best about the product?
It is a pretty comprehensive CRM, all its features and tools are well laid out in its user interface it is very simple to make use of each one. It has helped us save significant time thanks to its many automation and ease of use. Its customer service is quite good, always ready to help when the need arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved if it also included email features and automation, the software is extremely good and could be even better. It works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been substantially effective in terms of customer relations, marketing and sales. It has many features that have made everything simpler for our work teams, helped us effectively manage customer relationship management, complemented our marketing extremely well, and increased sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a comprehensive, effective and very easy-to-use CRM. It is recommended that you do a detailed study of what this tool offers and determine if it meets your needs before purchasing it.
I really like Hub Spot Marketing hub to creare my newsletter or to make a marketing one to one.

I really like the pattern that i can use when i create a newsletter and to customize them

Hubspot is very helpful. It is a one place go kind of thing.

I like mostly all the things from workflow to tracking

No Follow up email designs. It is very simple and has no style at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had less clarity of user behaviour but with hubspot we can see the customer journey.
HubSpot Marketing Hub has great tools for managing leads.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is great for emails, landing pages and lead capture. They work together so well to capture contact information and allow us to see the analytics for each task and the overview in the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Items on the Landing Pages are not easy to move around and it is time-consuming to edit the spacing for both desktop and mobile views. Would be great if it is more responsive so that it saves time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a lead management system to collect and capture contact information for marketing. HubSpot has all the tools we need to help us save time and be more targeted in our efforts. Following up with our leads and assigning a contact to our Sales team is fast and easy which is so important when we work digitally.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and helpful. The SEO option gives us insights into how our website was performing. We discovered opportunities to improve that other tools haven't found, even though we use 3 different options.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have a lot of options for landing pages or forms. To access the library, we have to pay. It would be awesome to have more options without paying more.

An easy way to create a landing page for A/B testing purposes. It allows us to build different options and measure what performs better before implementing those changes on our website.

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Quick to learn how to use, the actual platform itself is easy to use to set up different workflows for automation. The support chat feature is a great benefit to solving live issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is limited especially with form submissions. Not being able to change rules for lifecycle stages is extremely inefficient especially the fact that a lead cannot revert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation solution, form submissions for our live website pages has been great for testing various content. Using hubspot forms has greatly helped with campaign tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign tracking is pretty slick! Great for marketing funnel tracking into a CRM. Their accounting team has been very patient with us as well.

EVERYTHING ELSE. This is the WORST customer experience I've ever had with a host.

We weren't informed of a major feature set loss when we downgraded and it cause business disruption for several days.
Almost Wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the development environment feels similar to other modern web tooling kits, but that EVERYTHING is all kept in one place. This makes it a far better "out of the box" solution as compared to WordPress. I love being able to edit from any computer I might have access to. Built-in version control and hosting. When I say they have everything, for the most part, they really have EVERYTHING you could want for most business applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, for all the cool bells and whistles, there are a few pretty huge flaws. 1) Cache time. I don't know what is going on exactly, but I don't feel like I should have to "republish" 3 different documents in different places just to see the live site update. Not great for working with clients on quick fixes. 2) The fact that scoped CSS and JS are not the default. I understand that it's not the easiest thing to do, but I end up writing all of my modules in just the HTML section, so why even have the other documents at that point? Frameworks like Svelte have existed since 2016, and in their current state have very elegant solutions for these things.
There are honestly a bunch of other things I could nitpick, but by and large, the cohesive nature of the whole platform is pretty darn cool, but the last one I'll mention is that it costs way too much for any regular mom and pop or small business to feasibly consider as a viable solution.

If you include the web development features, it just stands head and shoulders above any other platform in regards to ease of custom feature implementation. It also makes having a remote team really easy to manage.
