All in one digital ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
All tools needed to keep your contacts communicated in one place. No code forms and landing page builder, seamlessly linked with CRM and customer data. Best thing is that no integration is needed with other systems, cause you have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Choose carefully which Pricing model and functionalities you need. Actually, you will discover this only when already started working with hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of marketing systems. Timing of delivering solutions. Single point of customer information. No developers support needed to run a campaign. Integration with CDP and media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're willing to have all the tools you need including a centric customer approach HubSpot is a great system. Additionally you will start your first campaign in no time, without any code required (well maybe besides the implementation script).

The interface is very simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically, there's nothing I dislike, all features are cool and working fine.

The workflows, help correct data or make the software agile with my requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that everything is connected. My marketing and sales activities and CRM. I can keep track of everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When outside vendors make changes to their policies - like Instagram not allowing planned posts for creator pages, I don't feel like Hubspot adjusted fast enough to solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of all social posts and landing page campaigns in one place. When a client asks me what I have done for them I know where to look to get the information quickly.

I like the fact that I can create a landing page in minutes without having to depend on a vendor...

I dislike the programming features, marketing idiots like me should be able to create templates/ themes...

Email marketing automation, blogs/ LP/ website resources pages etc.... I realize it save me and my team a lot of time and budget

I recommend to use the Hubspot tours and help information, it makes it a real self- service tool, try it out!

It can get difficult to manage multiple workflows across multiple departments and requirements.

UI / UX, in arranging emails in folders or creating emails and creating a workflow,

Better understanding of what happens to the emails, better understanding of the user's life cycle and accordingly better construction of a workflow that will encourage the use and not cause disuse
Hubspot is an easy to use marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Everything is linked together, which saves clicking around looking for things. Easy to find where objects are used. UI is intuitive, workflows are very easy to use. Same with lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The real power is enterprise edition. So without enterprise, there are many things that can not be done. There are a number of things missing, like auto fill country when selecting country on phone number. There are a few others. When I google them, I find many, many people asking for the same things for years. They are all case specific, but it would be nice to get the improvements sooner.

Automation. Email flows. Set it up once and leave it.

Templates in landing pages and forms integration with angular. I have faced lot of issues

Forms integration with angular. Mostly worked how to stop auto generating forms
