Drag and drop design-builder and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Task management and approval workflows for stakeholder review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized database that captures interactions and scores them for lead generation, database hygiene via workflows, dynamic content on webpages and emails, robust reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot's Academy is an integral start to implementing HubSpot adoption to get a thorough understanding of the platform's robust capabilities and ensure you are setting yourself up for success.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Hubspot is the ability to have access to amazing metrics within the platform while being able to export data to share with others!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about HubSpot was that it has a steep learning curve. It takes a bit of time to learn to interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to use HubSpot to build out really robust campaigns, easily upload large user lists and quickly look to see how these users are interacting with the campaigns we are sending out.
A great full stack experience for any company.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great in that it provides features you may not consider. These features which are critical to the business like the marketing, landing pages, blogs and even email software allows a business to flexibly adjust hubspot to fit their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While hubspot is great at everything, it lacks foundation in that there is a lot of macro level administration which is restricted. For example if you wanted to compress all images on your website, you would have to go page by page and individually replace them, or if you wanted to setup some redirects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, landing pages and lead pages are all being solved through hubspot. The live chat software is also being used, hubspot has become a one stop shop for most of the business I work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore the tools offered as there is a lot of value that may not be used from your plan.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike as such. The options that Hubspot offers, at times, can become a bit overwhelming (But quick support helps alleviate this problem). Perhaps some more flexibility with email design templates could be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem being solved is building out re-engagement nurtures and personalized emails through hubspot, to keep leads apprised of new resources, product and company updates. Email marketing has become simplified, and has also helped in booking meetings with "older" leads

I´d the customer service chat and inbox, where you can ask all your questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities are not in HubSpot. Even when the request from other users are there for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automize a lot of things. And we use it for our lead nurture flows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely use HubSpot marketing! Very easy to use and great customer service team, which responds within 24 hours.
Hubspot is like the swiss army knife of CRM/ESPs

The ability to manage multiple streams of data and marketing both inbound and outbound in an automated way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact-based pay structure can be a burden, but there is the option in the sales component where you can identify individuals you are actively marketing to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated marketing workflows, scheduling social media across multiple channels, tracking communication for the sales and tech support team both B to B and B to C.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is by far the best all-in-one option out there and all the pieces integrate seamlessly.
I would recommend Hubspot to any company large or small
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Hubspot is, the ease of reporting, tracking and building content in HubSpot has helped our team achieve its goals. If I had a business of my own, I would certainly use HubSpot as my CMS system.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ad never used Hubspot before 8/2021 and within a month I was building landing pages, blogs, gated content and autoresponder emails. I have had new career opportunities arise based on my HubSpot experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to increase productivity, and take on a lot of work internally that I would have needed to outsource before. I love that I can clone blogs and landing pages and produce content quickly and have generated many leads through the content we have developed and hosted via Hubspot.
HubSpot is a great tool we use on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
Different members of our team work in all different areas in HubSpot. So much of our work is integrated into Hubspot on not only a day to day basis – but on an hour by hour basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I would have with Hubspot is, for some different sections/portion the UI could be improved to be a little bit more intuitive, since HS is such a huge tool, you are always discovering new ways to utilize them to make the quality of life better within our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is such an easy tool to use to send out our email campaigns to many different lists, all the while testing email sends as different recipients, it stands just as high on the leaderboard of other email marketing tools.

I've been a Marketo user for most of my marketing journey, but am using Hubspot now and love it. The flexibility of email builds is insane compared to Marketo. The CRM is easy to use and workflows are easy to build.

Hubspot helps us build beautiful emails super quick.
