Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and very user friendly would really recommend to any friends and collegues I feel could benefit from using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think there is much missing to be fair complaints from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to make landing pages for our websites or when we need to promote a certain product or launch. I definitely am more productive its less time consuming for sure.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Does It All!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is so helpful for our company. Having our website connected with our database is so helpful when sending out emails in regards to analytics, tracking, etc. We love having it all connected as it makes it easier for us to do our jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would be helpful is better integration with the sales functionality. We like to share marketing email data and form submission data with our sales team, and sometimes, this information is hard for them to find/access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to perform better with our emails thanks to HubSpot's email data. We can also track conversions better to our landing pages and then to our forms.

Determine what you need for your business and meet with a HubSpot rep to see how you can align! YOu may be surprised to learn what all HubSpot is capable of.
Great Tool for SaaS B2B Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very first-time user friendly, yet has the ability for more experienced users to run advanced tests, so no matter your level of marketing knowledge, you can use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish hubspot had the ability for us to insert custom variables into the subject line and preview text. I have opened a ticket for this and it's been upvoted many times, but still no word on if this will be added anytime in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot for internal and external communications. It syncs well with our SalesForce account so it's easy for our sales team to see what emails their contacts are receiving.

The support team and most of the time, how user friendly HubSpot is.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some actions need more steps than seem necessary.
For example, when importing contacts, there should be options like assign all the contacts to a single owner immediately as you can do it with setting contacts as "marketing contacts".

I'm mostly using Landing pages, forms and workflows.
I really like that you can integrate other platforms like type form. However when it comes to templates usability, it's quite difficult to make changes to forms and landing pages. The templates are pretty fix d and that hinders creativity and general usability for me as a Hubspot user and for my "clients".

Workflows and automation have allowed us to automate so many processes, including running multi email marketing campaigns and saved our team hours of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are a little restrictive if you are used to building your own reports

we have been able to use hubspot to pull information from multiple different sources all into one place, making our marketing processes much more streamlined
Very user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface very easy to use. I've used a few different platforms and found this to be the most accessible and logically laid out system. I find It also integrates very well with other marketing tools, such as LinkedIn, Linkedin ads, and Google ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its more plug-in and play approach, some valuable marketing functions require workarounds or extra programming which can become annoying. I would love to see improvement in this.

In our team, we've used it a lot to analyse our marketing campaign performances and make the needed adjustments to drive better marketing performance and efficiency.

Making life so much easier for marketeers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Hubspot marketing hub as it makes things so much easier. No more swapping between third-party tools, all reports in one place. That is just fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to figure out all the different opportunities that a tool as powerful as Hubspot offers. Nevertheless there are many ways to learn and find support if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just about to transfer our website to Hubspot. Currently we have migrated most of the landing pages including forms, workflows and emails. But there is more to follow.
Great platform & data analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great platform - we use it mainly for blogs and email marketing. It's super easy to use, and is intuitive as far as organizing and implementing. I love how detailed and specific the data analysis and reports are, too. Not only is there lots of info, but it is clear, easy to find, and can track from start to finish (ex: tracking for a lead or contact who has interacted with our content from start to finish of a campaign)
What do you dislike about the product?
the support team could use some work - there are times they give generic answers of what the issue 'probably is even though we know full well that the suggested fix is already being done/used etc. Similarly, the health checks for SEO tell you problems (i.e. technical issues) but do not have a link to correct these issues at the source. Instead, you have to exit out and do each fix one by one - ex: adding alt text to images that are missing, you can't just click on the image to add text, you have to go to that specific page (after figuring out where it is) or blog and edit each individually. this has been frustrating as someone with SEO experience trying to correct issues left by team members who worked on our sites before me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads has been the most helpful for use - we can see how our email campaigns link with other tools and content to see what is working best, and what is providing the most engagment. This allows us to make a plan and strategy that is clearly motivated by data

Landing pages are an essential asset in helping our audience convert and the ease of use of HubSpot's landing page builder is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom coding doesn't always show in the preview and this may sometimes cause an issue for a less experienced member of the team.

The ability to easily track and monitor marketing stats like conversion rate across landing pages, forms, CTAs etc. helps the team to understand the effectiveness and impact of each change really successfully.
