Would I recommend Hubspot? It really depends what you're doing...
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly simple to use, the drag and drop editor is really simple to use and very similar to mailchimp. You can actually do quite a few things in there to make your emails look good, but they still won't be polished like an HTML version.
There are also some powerful tools that have some good tracking, if you can find it, though the design elements of some things that are good to have may not look as you'd like.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few problems. Especially with email which is what I do. The reporting part is pretty crap, and the list and contact management is not the best in terms of reporting on particular lists. I think for sales it's very clever in how it disseminates different lists, but if I want to see the performance of a list that has lots of filters, it's impossible - and that is something that for email is important, and is key to improving list performance too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not solving any problems with HubSpot Marketing Hub. It is simply the software that my company uses so that's why I use it. If I had a choice, i'd not use the email bits here at all, and would use another supplier where the reporting works much better, is much simpler and not complex to build.
Best MAP Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love the functionality, ease of use and capabilities. Management of contacts, workflows is extremely easy and intuitive. I have used multiple map platforms before and HubSpot definitely is the most capable one. Plenty of integrations are available and wherever help is needed, their support is amazing and if you prefer researching on your own, plenty of helpful articles and comments on their forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. This is more of what is desired. It would be amazing to have drag and drop landing page builder just like emails. That would make things very easy. Rest is all good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Persona based campaigns are super easy to implement with HubSpot. The way contacts are managed and automation available around it makes it very capable tool. We are using it heavily for dashboards and reporting too.

It is very convenient to schedule all social media posts without the limitations, and all of that from one place.

I would like to have an opportunity to tag personal profiles on scheduled LinkedIn posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for scheduling social media posts, and their statistics. The rest of the team is utilizing it also for other purposes.
Straightforward, useful, and does all I need it to do for my job.
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use the social media page for writing, scheduling and posting social media content to our company page. It's very simple to use, has never caused me any issues and does just what I need it to do to fulfil our requirements. With each update comes a handy demo of new features. It's all very slick and smooth running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Never had any particular issues with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps to schedule social media content, blogs, emails etc. to send in the future. It means we can complete whole campaigns with plenty of time before they go out. I'm not particularly tech savvy, but I find their layout processes easy and there are lots of handy guides for when I get stuck. It's a time saver with their automisation tool, and their analytics pages make reporting data extremely easy.

Some small functionalities on blog uploading could be improved.

Hubspot is the to-go marketing hub. With it, I have the ability to chain all my marketing efforts and better manage our social media accounts, emails and newsletters. It's life made easier.

Not being able to create more in depth reports e.g. for CTA or not having an integration with Google Data Studio

Everything tha involves automation. Social media post scheduling and management. Content (blog listing and article plage, landing pages) and many other stuff. I cant imagine being able to work with out it

just imagine simplifying all the marketing manual tasks you are doing right now and how you can bring all your effort together and be able to see the complete picture in one place
Top Friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very friendly and supportive system. One of the best things about HubSpot is that it has a knowledge base for beginners that answers a lot of your questions and the rest is taken care of by their amazing and quick customer service. I admire and recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
2 things, first, their reports are sometimes not 100% and secondly, it's regarding their tickets that you can only come with one problem at a time and if you have another question then you will have to create another ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It continues to help my company run successful email marketing, lead generation, and running sales sequences for my non-marketing contacts.
Good overall experience, excellent customer service

The customer service team is excellent, extremely responsive and helpful. The site is also fairly intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design templates are a bit dated and they have some limited design capabilities on landing pages

We have been researching our customer base through the HubSpot landing pages

If you want an easy to use landing page builder with excellent customer support, this is the tool for you. If you are looking for something with extended design capabilities, another product might work better.
I couldn't do my job without Hubspot.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Can be very simple or more complicated as you grow with the tool. Absolutely love Hubspot Customer Success Managers. They are the most helpful Customer Success Managers of any tool or platform I have ever used. Huge props.

Better way to automate contact cleaning. Please, vertical separators as a standard element in email and Landing page template design.
