Intuitive, all-round and drag-and-drop marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The many options: blogs, mail, landing pages, reports, while relating that to users/clients. Very informative and overall easy to use. Creating emails with a simple drag and drop is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
With some options, it can be unclear what they'll do. That also depends on your organization, of course. Many options, yet some actions can have a huge impact on the entire organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing is an important one, it's integration with CRM info is important. It's a Sales driver for us so increased ROI and more info on leads.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get a full overview of your customers or leads behavior and throughout their life cycle and do the right activity according to each stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a large volume of contact database, it is hard to keep them clean and organized.

Collaboration. You know what your team members are doing and collaborate efficiently.
Comprehensive and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
All the built-in tools help me create easy-to-follow workflows. The SEO tools in particular stand out for me as they help me in my role as an SEO content writer and editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to learn the system but really I view that as proof of the vast amount of things a company can do through one program, so less a negative but more a don't expect to get it all on day 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working on a new SEO strategy. The SEO section highlights any areas, pages, or articles that have SEO issues. We can also create topic clusters and see how well we're doing in terms of overall visibility and see more specific statistics about individual pages.
Hubspot is extremely intuitive, only missing more customizations!
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive platform with easy drag and drop functions. Building landing pages and emails is very simple, and I have been loving the new beta version for social posting, the layout is a significant improvement to the old version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish emails were as customizable as the landing pages. Fonts for example are very limited in email. I also wish the functionality on tagging individiuals on social posts was there instead of having to go back into linkedin and tag them after the fact. I also wish the analyze tab on social had a bit more capabilities, like comparing two overall campaign performances verses just individual posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely building out professional landing pages, we dont have a dedicated web page builder for smaller projects like this so it is great to have access to make landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is much more than a simple CRM: is a complete platform that enables you to manage, contact and automate sales, marketing and customer care activities.
The tutorials are amazing and if you are a startup you can use a high level at a very "startup price"!

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about HubSpot, but obviously, it has so many features that it takes a while to understand how to use it in most performing way.
I recommend to take the right time to learn how to use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot we have automated some marketing activities and we are also starting using sales automation.

HubSpot Marketing Hub works great!
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using the Marketing Hub are the fact that you can optimize your process of generating leads through automation and making use of template, but also create new emails, socials and forms!
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow layout has been changed and I am not really a fan, when you are in 'details', you cannot go back easily to the workflow you are in. Also, you cannot delete posts which you posted on Facebook and Instagram in HubSpot after deleting them on Facebook and Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am generating more awareness through the social and email part of the Marketing Hub. And since we have automation, I have more time to spend on optimizing the content.

Start using it! It gathers all of your data on one place and keeps it safe.
Impressive value for money

Hubspot marketing landings and webforms are very easy to setup

It is now affordable for all companies. But if you can, go for it!

The ability to create landing pages that are inmediatly connected with your CRM is incredible. As well as the fields personalitation in webforms
Great CRM System

HubSpot allows our business to have a 360 view of all things marketing! We can easily analyze campaigns, push and pull data while providing our communities with relevant content

It is missing some more detailed reporting features, would be great to have these developed further, some reports must be manual or manipulated in excel for our business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can provide our community with excellent content via email, social or our website. Great to have a full view of all campaigns and which campaigns are driving new business
It is hard to compete with the power of HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Automations and the ease of which you set up and connect campaigns and track a customer journey with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more freedom to alter modules. The limitation of HubSpot is in its complexity to set up elements on the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to set up proper automations and features to help sales with more qualified leads.
While rather expensive, there really is no superior Marketing Hub than that of HubSpot.

I like how in-depth you can go with HubSpot's many features. There are frequently new functionalities being added, and the quality of the support you get for both those new functionalities as well as existing features is great.

There are very few things I can think of, other than perhaps the rather steep pricing.

Reporting, marketing emails, landing pages, campaign tracking, and lead capturing through forms.
