Real plug and play

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot honestly is a plug-and-play platform. Others offer great services, but the interface of HubSpot is way more user-friendly and easy to use. So for an easy implementation, we would absolutely suggest HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to get custom features done. You have certain other parties that offer ways to implement custom code to adapt the backend of the platform in a way that suits your wishes. We did not find this at HubSpot yet. So either it is not possible yet or it's too hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the fact that marketing automation looked very hard. We knew what we wanted and how we wanted, but no other platform made it look easy to us to achieve this. HubSpot did.

What do you like best about the product?
Its complexity and possibility to cover almost every MKT topic
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is gated and it looks like everything is going to work perfectly, but the reality is a bit different. For example dashboards - they are very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot CMS so things connected to that like workflows etc. Plus mailing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support is always readily accessible and is able to answer 90% of my inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes. This platform has all of the capabilities needed withing our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key account targeted marketing. One centralized platform for all of our marketing needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The most intuitive marketing platform out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The in-app calling feature in the company, contact, tickets, etc. It is great to be able to log and record calls while calling directly from the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of simple and cohesive UX. The features are disjointed and it is always a headache to figure how to do a seemingly basic task, such as customizing a pipeline card to fit the pipeline (impossible) or checking notifications without having to go to the email, or navigating between tasks, or being reminded of tasks. I could go on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the only way to send bulk emails for our Operations team. It is helpful to be able to use properties for bulk emails. I would much prefer to be able to send bulk emails that fulfill an operational purpose though, directly using tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is both innovative and accessible. You can easily run an entire business/org from HubSpot. It's easy to navigate and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if URLs for landing pages/blogs did not include "hubspot, etc...".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, organizing contacts into lists. Benefits = organization, automation

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of building emails and landing pages. The drag and drop templates combined with the ability to change the coding if needed is easy to use and makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love using smart content in emails, but I wish there were ways to view interactions with that smart content after the email is sent. Specifically when I don't send to the specific list I used for the smart content, they're just included in other lists I send to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to build and design my own emails and landing pages with limited coding knowledge gives me the freedom to experiment with different strategies and ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my landing page is made super-fast, that I can do different versions for mobile and desktop and also I like that it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some limitations of course. It lacks some design features to create more custom landing, for example, I want to have more control over fonts, button sizes and etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to use my IT team or agency to build a landing. HubSpot helps me put up a page within 2 - 4 hours: from the very first button to a published and SEO optimised page.
