The perfect all in one solution that your organisation needs
What do you like best about the product?
A great centralised platform that manages end-to-end Marketing operations. Since Hubspot, there is complete transparency throughout the teams and collaborations are simple. The platform is very intuitive and hence creating web pages, emails or reports is a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hubspot is almost perfect but integrations with different applications might require certain workarounds but that said, most of our integrations have been smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides using Hubspot as CMS and CRM, we are using it as the single source of truth across Sales and Marketing functions. We track the leads on Hubspot, create a nurturing plan, and engage them on a single platform. The processes have been smoother and transparent. Also, our previous dependencies on independent agencies to maintain the website, upload blogs, or publish any content has become redundant. Every function in my team can easily create webpages, forms, and interlink forms, and all the data and leads flow to a central CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The themes within Hubspot are a great deal, you have options to select the best suited to your business while building a website from scratch or modifying it. Another great feature is the blog section, blogs listing has a separate dashboard where you can organize it better. And you can export the blogs from the previous interface in XML format and upload the file to Hubspot this gives an added advantage. If not You can also do the same activity using the link directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues or glitches while you buy a new module and try to add them to your theme it will act weird. Recommended you to buy a full theme after your research and meetings with the theme owners.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website management is important to us since we can control what to show and what not using smart rules are added benefits. Currently, we are using HubSpot for Email marketing, Website Management and Social media management. Hubspot is great tool it gives full control over these activities being on same platform.

The featured images for blogs have technical glitches and don't appear correctly in link previews frequently. Analytics tracking is a huge benefit

What do you like best about the product?
All marketing tools like social scheduling!

Not very many details for campaign analytics.

Social posting, email campaigns & marketing campaigns!

I'd definitely recommend Hubspot to anyone in Marketing or companies that will soon transition to Digital Marketing!

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, great tutorials and support
What do you dislike about the product?
We're always having to buy add-ons. I'd like to see a plan that includes a little bit of everything for small businesses - limited but atleast access to full functionality without having to constantly add more modules at great expense. I'd like to be able to email pre-sent groups of people without having to use the marketing templates and email service - they get into SPAM -- I have clients who are in "club" like groups together and I need to communicate with them many at a time - Hubspot isn't great for that.

What do you like best about the product?
As a designer, I am impressed with how the website/landing page builder helps, I can directly design any pages with complete flexibility and deploy the pages without any help from any developer. Also, the workflow setups are golden, I can make the landing page design and run an ad campaign all by myself, This defines how easy the tool is to use for any person. Not only this, but I can monitor detailed insights of how the pages are performing, what is working and what is not.
Being a designer I have tried many tools but HubSpot remains the best to date! Would recommend 10/10.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were some bugs while building the web pages, For example, I have made the change in the edit page and it is visible on the edit page, but it would not be implemented on the live page. This should be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speaking as a graphic designer with no knowledge of coding Hubspot helped me design and deploy pages within a single day. This was helpful for the last-minute ad campaigns that we decided to run!
A handy way to build amazing Landing pages
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is very good and simple. Easy to navigate to what you want to do in the marketing hub. The response time of the website is fast.

The CRM database updates takes too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems across all the industry verticals. Faster creation of event landing pages has been a true benefit.

The HubSpot tools are all integrated, easy to use and intuitive. Access controls are robust and we can produce high-quality marketing campaigns that deliver results using a wide range of digital channels. Reporting is a key strength, with the flexibility we need to produce in-depth funnels, sales analytics and performance benchmarks that help teams make effective decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other marketing and operational tools can be hit or miss. The CMS for web is functional but has a steep learning curve and requires significant technical expertise to get the most out of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've bought our marketing, sales and client service teams together around a single source of customer truth. We're realising new efficiencies, able to access more actionable data than ever before and build performance-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns much easier.

This is a powerful marketing tool that can feel overwhelming at first. Be sure you understand what your key marketing goals and greatest revenue opportunities are at the outset to start seeing value from it quicker.
How much I love hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I love doing emails,and social media planning. It is very easy to use and can be scheduled ahead of times. Can be edited easily. Very user friendly for me and my colleagues!
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing pages and forms editing can be improved. I find it hard to use sometimes, as it requires to use global content editor. And i hope to have more templates design to choose from.

Its the best, and so easy to use different marketing tools. Not much training needed! Very self explanatory.
Easy and Accessible CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I am a content writer and Hubspot's CMS has helped a beginner like me to utilize my content to its best.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I know of so far. I've enjoyed using Hubspot and has never encountered with any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Hubspot to publish content and it's easier to analyze the content performance using Hubspot.
