HubSpot is a game-changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage everything in one place. From managing contacts, writing blogs, hosting the website, creating forms, managing social media and hosting documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much about HubSpot that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest advantages is how it allows us to manage all our leads from one central hub. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, we have a single place where we can keep track of every lead, making it easier to organise and nurture our prospects effectively.

Another major benefit is the ability to monitor lead activity across multiple channels. Whether it’s interactions on social media, visits to our website, or responses to our email campaigns, HubSpot gives us a comprehensive view of our leads’ behaviors. This means we can see exactly how and where our leads are engaging with our content, which helps us tailor our strategies to better meet their needs.

The automation features are a game-changer as well. We can automate routine tasks like sending follow-up emails, scheduling social media posts, and segmenting leads based on their activity. This not only saves us a lot of time but also ensures that our marketing processes run smoothly and consistently. By automating these processes, we can focus more on the strategic and creative aspects of our marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and power of workflows to create better and more segmented campaigns and onboarding. Dashboard and reporting are equally easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I would say, and I know this is not just a problem with Hubspot but with everyone else and it involves how attribution works. Especially when it comes to paid ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up campaings, email flows, tracking results and having it be a backbone of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot is:
1. A lot of features to set up automated communications by almost any scenario you can imagine.
2. personalization opportunities: smart rules for emails let you automatically replace a piece of content with another piece depending on a targeted user.
3. Rich user profiles with all their interactions.
4. The feature of receiving a test email as it's seen by a certain user.
5. Clear interface and a lot of handy help articles.
6. Insanely quick support without bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some issues with non-hubspot forms: HubSpot doesn't always track their submission.
2. Forms don't get time stamps automatically when submitted. So I can't create a list of contacts like "all users who submitted form X before day Y".
3. You need two workflows if you open registration for an event. One workflow lets you send a link to a registered user immediately after the registration, and another one sends a reminder on a day of an event. It's impossible to set up a workflow based on action + based on a date.
4. It's impossible to send a test email as is. They send it by HubSpot and add "Marketing Email Preview" into the subject. So I can't see if a photo of a sender looks correctly, and check what a subject + a preview text looks like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are trying to solve is centralized and automated communication with our contact base with an opportunity to personalize marketing campaigns and track results.

HubSpot is a tool you need if you seek flexibility, power, and a nice interface

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Hubspot Marketing Hub pretty frequently at our company to launch registration pages and also to run webinars, which have been a pretty good experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe we could have more freedom to drag and drop elements on landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using marketing Hub for newsletter, get new emails in registration pages and also landing pages to run webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's landing page editor is a great tool that allows us to create easy to use landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution from ads platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) could be stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the amount of tools we have to use, and having things in a more centralised place. As a team, we all dip into Hubspot and find it very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for scheduling bulk social media posts on different channels.
Customizable Dashboard quick view is helpful for insights and a quick overview of how the brand is performing..
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of lacking features.
Instagram posts cannot include more than 1 picture/video when Meta Business suite is able to do this.
Would like to be able to schedule stories to FB and IG.
Schedule twitter thread would be nice
Include TikTok and Pinterest in available channels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The current problems we are experiencing are overall data cleanliness and hygiene.. The benefits we've realized from the tool is it's tracking and analytics features.

What do you like best about the product?
Startig off, I had zero knowledge of SEO or blogging. The tutorials and intuitive tools made my life so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is on the pricer side. It's definitely worth the investment, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to acquire thousands of leads a month for FREE with my blog hosted by HubSpot. I no longer run paid advertising, make more profit, and simplified my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't buy a Ferrari if you only need a skateboard.

Practically speaking, HubSpot is enterprise software for companies that plan to scale.

If you're a mom-and-pop shop you don't need all the features.

If you plan to build a multi-million dollar per year business... HubSpot is where it's at :_
