HubSpot is a robust marketing tool at the top of its industry

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot marketing hub is that you can basically do whatever you want with it. However, if you're not totally sure what to do with it, HubSpot makes it very easy to get started anyways--they'll help you find out what you want to do and provide you with best practices, training, courses, and tips all over the place. I've learned an incredible amount from HubSpot and that's knowledge that is not only relevant to what you're doing in the software, but what you're doing everywhere else as a marketer. You can organize your materials, and of course, one of the best features is how HubSpot is ALWAYS adding things to your experience. I think that's why HubSpot stays the industy standard, and you can always be confident in that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I would say that I dislike are the lack of integrations with occasional third parties or your own databases (and to be fair, there is plenty of actual integration that is easy to do, so some bases are covered) and a limit to organization of emails, workflows, and contact/company records. The flip side of this is that the HubSpot community probably has a post/feature request for whatever you want, so I regularly comment on those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps provide a central location for your email marketing program and the data associated with it. It also makes it relatively easy to find any data etc. that you might need to look up to evaluate your success. It even analyzes that FOR you with the email health tool (which is invaluable, by the way). Some of this is affected by your own organization (obviously) but HubSpot also has a very robust search engine built in, which solves a lot of problems before they start.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you choose HubSpot, you can have confidence that you're choosing the industry standard.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of tools in one place and how all of the tools link together. I use the following functions maintly: Email, Contacts & Lists, Forms, Files. I want to learn more about the other tools so that I can get my moneys worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything major in Hubspot. Sometimes the Email builder can be frustrating as it glitches. I think that integrating with other software could be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy integration of forms into our site, easy to build and send emails and manage email lists. If you you dont know how to use something in the software, its always easy to figure out.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is an extremely intuitive platform. You have every workflow, property, and reporting tool you could need in one place. I like that it syncs across my tech stack so I have a fully integrated system. I've used Salesforce and Marketo, you just can't beat Hubspot's Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not perfect - even the integrations take some tweaking. You have to know what you want from Marketing Hub to get the best out of Marketing Hub. The updates can make the user interface a little confusing at first, especially when you use it as much as I do, but it's nothing that makes me want to jump ship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to house our CMS in a way that didn't overlap with the sales team's CRM. However, we needed the CRM to pull into Hubspot to find out how each system was talking to each other. Hubspot plays well with so many integrations that I now use Hubspot for Unbounce, all lead capture, and all one to few and one to many email communications. I will not add any piece of software into my tech stack without knowing that it plays well with Hubspot first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know what you need from Marketing Hub. Like any good software, it's a tool. If you're not using it to solve specific problems you're not going to get much out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot interface is intuitive and pleasant to use. I like the integration between things that live on the Hubspot platform (i.e. blog, email, social) so that you can easily link and distribute that content. The reporting dashboards are really a good way to summarize and share info within my team and company. While the blog platform has some issues, overall it's really easy to use and make sure your content is optimized. I also love the email builder--really easy for a non-email designer to be able to create good-looking emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting really challenging in some ways. The Traffic Analytics is really limiting compared to someone coming off using Google Analytics; there aren't a lot of ways to slice and dice the data. I also wish you could manage likes and comments for LinkedIn in the social tool. I still don't understand the difference between Analytics Tools and Reports, and it always takes me a few laps through those to find what I need.

The blog and email tools can be finicky; you have to have some basic understanding of HTML to be able to fix some of the formatting and styling things that come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-woman marketing department, Hubspot has really helped me streamline all of my marketing efforts. We were scrapping by with multiple free tools before and while we *could* technically continue on that path, being able to manage all programs in Hubspot makes a big difference in time spent, but also being able to tie our initiatives together and report out on the work that we're doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great platform for young organizations needing to streamline their marketing tools--but it also scales with your business, so I feel like it is a good fit for us as a smaller organization, but will continue to be a good fit as our company grows as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how user friendly it is. I was able to learn it in a matter of weeks and find it very helpful for sending marketing emails and keeping list of contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization needs a bit of work, I sometimes need to figure out image dimensions to get them to fit. Sometimes the button icons won't align correctly on mobile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out mass emails have been easy and turning on workflows are very easy to do as well! I like being able to throw in my own creative and have custom options

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of loading in contacts and building workflows and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many options sometimes it's hard to navigate. The Landingpages are built in a Hubspot language so its not easy to just go in and manipulate HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve for email deliverability and ease of building workflows. We are looking to have hubspot help us get targeted consumer signals by sending emails intelligently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of editing an email and testing emails prior to sending them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more forward-looking way to manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

I am able to crank out 10s of emails in a day while using Marketing Hub. This simplifies my workflow.

A Solid Home for a Digital Footprint

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how consolidated all of our digital marketing tools are with HubSpot. Having all of our social channels, email campaigns, automated sequences, AND out website and landing pages in one central location means fewer windows with 30 tabs apiece.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to publish Instagram carousels, change video thumbnails on the feed, and schedule story content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of social platform scheduling and analytics, easy website management, and automated sequences that benefit our sales team. Also great for following up with other content channels that integrate with HubSpot, like our webinar platform.
