Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a robust and intuitive platform. The landing page, email and content builders are easy to use and support is always very helpful and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the workflows had some better segmentation options, but we're making it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email drip campaigns, conversion insights

What do you like best about the product?
Really love the platform, it is easy to use with an intuitive interface and I like the reporting function. We were able to use the workflows to create many types of campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I particularly dislike about the platform. It gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run 1-to-many marketing campaigns on the behalf of our CS and AM team. We've also been able to integrate easily with other tools to pull product data into our emails to show what value customers are getting out of our software.
Hubspot is one of the best out there but room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Good UI. FANTASTIC support. Once you familiarize yourself with the platform it is very seemless to navigate. This is even more true if you have subscriptions to multiple hubs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do find the email builder to be very robust, there is a ton of potential to make the email builder more advanced, and offer some different out-of-the-box options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub mainly solves our needs centered around contact database management. Having correct GDPR labels for all of our contacts. And the ability to create and schedule emails to our entire database.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform interface is very user-friendly. Having used other CRM platforms in the past, I greatly enjoy how easy this is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that with some templates you're very restricted in how you can move the modules around within them. Even with some, it's very difficult to rearrange the order should you need to add more after the initial build. My main gripe is there is no way to have a waitlist start after X number of people register. I dislike that now you have to have Breeze whereas before that data was included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot gives me better insights into what is working and what is falling flat. I enjoy how easy it makes updating our webpages and blogs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great CRM tool but if you're looking to use it for events, you should consider more tailored programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Content editors, designers and developers can all work on their own workspaces without bothering anybody. The fact that I can develop tools and modules for people within the company that need to perform complex editing of text, images and even complete page layouts on our website but have no coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small strange quirks of the programing language like variable scoping being limited to loops. I can't just declare a variable within a for and then use it later. There are some problems with the simplistic databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separating the task of every area of the company. Marketing and design can do all their tasks without having to see a single line of code. All can be done with modules developed inhouse for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the absolute best experience and maximum flexibility, you will need a coder. But you can do almost everything without any developers.

Very easy and intuitive. Very small learning curve.

Lacking many features offered by more robust marketing automation platforms the organization is clunky.

Needed a marketing automation platform. It was cost affective and accomplished the basic requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an enterprise system HubSpot isn't it. If you need something easy to get in place with basic functionality, and then say to use this might be a solid choice. Coming from more robust systems HubSpot leaves a lot to be desired.

The ease of use - you don't have to be tech-savvy to get the most out of the tool.

The layout widgets can be wonky and hard to adjust or edit.

The problems have been the widgets. The benefits have been the ease of use, email capabilites and reporting functions.

I do all of my social media planning through hubspot. They make it easy and fast!

You can't plan out Instagram stories, but Facebook Business Suite has this!

I am solving having to manually post social media and blogs. If scheduled out , it posts for you!
Hubspot is so easy and intuitive to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how logically it is organized. You don't have to be an expert computer programmer/coder to figure this out. It is made for marketers. Compared to Pardot it is hands down better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'd like to see a little more flexibility in tweeking landing pages to my liking since I've grown accustomed to Webflow's flexibility. Secondly the CTA buttons tend to be not very flexible in application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grasping the true possibilities with landing pages within hubspot has been a real opportunity to engage uniquely with our customers. We have landing pages for knowledge centers, user experiences, as well as the more traditional lead generators.
