HubSpot Marketing is a must.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is all in one platform, and can connect it. I also enjoy there is a community to ask/answer questions. I think the social, email and landing pages are great, along with sequences for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a few additional features - like tracking for pdfs on website instead of just sales documents. Making it easier to do certain things, or having an account manager for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales/Marketing, user activity, tracking, all the connecting factors make it great. The benefits are just having it all in one software to make ease of use.
Helpful Tool for Everyday Use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made social media marketing a breeze. It's features have truly simplified everyday tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is extremely user-friendly although, there was a learning curve when transitioning from our last CRM to hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using hubspot we have eliminated so many unnecessary platforms that we were using in the past and are now able to access all of our information in a central location.

It's easy to manage digital marketing all in one platform.

The reporting features have come a long way, but still need work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for all digital marketing efforts. It saves time and provides tracking among multiple channels. It creates internal efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendliness that HubSpot offers to create email campaigns and workflows. The reporting are very easy to follow and the metrics, too!

Nothing at this moment, I think it's a great tool to start given my background and corporate experience.

I found HubSpot to be our go-to tool for creating all email campaigns for our clients. The metrics are very straightforward and easy to understand.

The calendar view & adding posts to campaigns

That I can't tag people in my social posts

The dashboard is simple and the most accurate compared to other social metrics boards.
It is great to start out with and very easy to navigate email campaigns as well.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can use the help button to text or call any time during my workday and someone is there to instantly help me. Also, there are a lot of ways to customize my HubSpot to work best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of little details they can add to make the whole process easier for any company. Our company is an outlier in some ways which can make it frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing contacts is the best, sending out mass email campaigns to a specific section of our contacts, keeping track of who has ordered a lot easier and workflows!!
HubSpot - A great place to learn new Marketing skills
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has allowed me to learn new skills like email marketing and automation. Taking courses at the HubSpot Academy has also helped me put those skills into practice, and there's a lot of exciting information and tips on the blog, which compliments the learning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the reports, it would be nice to filter by email name. Also, having more information or courses about workflow building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, set automation, tracking ads for different social media channels, and set different actions for contacts and leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the beginning, it doesn't look easy to use, but it is excellent for different marketing needs
As a relatively new HubSpot user I am very impressed with how user friendly and intuitive it is.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it has been to learn and the optimization cababilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally when building pages things tend to freeze up and features become unusable. Refreshing the page fixes the issue. Also I'm not sure I love the auto save feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're addressing a lack of traffic by utilizing the SEO features and working with the forms to find the best way to sell our product to customers.

Takes some time to get used to because there are quite a few elements to the Marketing Hub.

Trying to add/fix to our website, and it's modules help a ton in creating content for website pages.

Take some courses to learn how to use it. It'll be worth it.
