Easy, intuitive & necessary software for all marketers
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use. I had little to no marketing automation software experience before using HubSpot, and it's super simple to create email layouts, landing pages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the contact and list functionality could be easier to use (or maybe I'm just not using it properly) but I find some of the tasks here to be a little manual and cumbersome (i.e. importing contacts, lists, downloading, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with customers, measuring customer satisfaction, getting customers to sign up for webinars + events, integration with GTM & SFDC is great too

Poor organization of saved email sections

Creating drip email campaigns, automating them, everything is at one place

What do you like best about the product?
I already loved how easy HubSpot was to use, but the newer automation tools and reporting upgrades have been a game-changer. It’s made managing campaigns smoother and helped me get clearer insights without digging around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see even more customization options in the design tools—sometimes I hit limits when trying to get layouts just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all our ads in one place is super helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We enjoy using HubSpot. It is a great tool to run your business and accomplish your business needs. We always recommend it when others ask us what we are using.
All-in-one CRM. Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like building out workflows based on contact properties and other attributes. It helps us automate our digital marketing and it continues to prove to us how beneficial workflows are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attribution system still seems like it needs a lot of work. I know they've spent a lot of time fine tuning it but we still don't find this report very valuable because it doesn't allow the customization that we require. There's also additional filters I wish that existed in building lists (filter by "last month" or "this month" that was you're able to build lists of users that have completed specific actions in the current month. Hubspot also needs to be better at tracking UTM campaigns/sources. They only allow you to see first source and final source. We need to be able to see every step in their journey and be able to build lists of users that landed on on our site from any specfic UTM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation helps us with our email marketing significantly. We are able to email our qualified users and get them relevant content and the exact time they need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use. Just about any company can find value in using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing has a lot of strengths. It seems like they put a lot of thought into the UX of the different tools (I use social, landing pages, and email most). For social, the organic scheduling tool is pretty robust -- it nails the basics (scheduling by channel) and a lot of the nice-to-haves (alt text for images). Would like to have thumbnails and captioning capabilities but I can make do. Also very easy attribution for campaigns.
Email tool is similar -- it's a WYSIWYG, drag-and-drop editor. Easy to clone of a design you've already built, and there are smart rules so you don't have to build ten versions of the same newsletter. And if you want to get into the code, you can. The preview tool also works well.
Landing page builder also works well -- same features and functions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Facebook ads is a mixed bag. Ideally we would build it all in HubSpot but I haven't had luck with that yet. It really struggles with building ad sets and audiences under a single campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is great for granular attribution. It's also helping us with getting some efficiency with scheduling our emails and social content. In general, we're getting more marketing work done with the same effort.

I enjoy the drag and drop email builder. It made my work so much easier!

I would improve the dynamic content (smart content) feature!

Email reporting and email execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can make a post for one social media platform and quickly duplicate it for multiple platforms. I can even quickly edit my post for a platform if needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could easily add multiple photos for a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us be efficient with time by allowing us to post multiple and schedule multiple posts to different platforms at once!

If you want to manage all of your Social media in one place quickly and easily HubSpot is the perfect site to do so.

Best Marketing Automation and CRM Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Great for small and mid-size businesses, especially those that don't have an army of marketing operations people.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a classical marketing background, engage someone who does when you're going to implement. It'll save you time and $$ down the road. Yes, it's intuitive, but without that basis, you could make errors that'll cause you grief later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that it's already integrated across CRM and marketing automation. It's a no-hassle approach. The entire platform is intuitive and generally works the way we expect it to.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization is so easy, whether it be a landing page or a workflow to ensure all the right people are getting our communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike, it's just a learning curve coming from using a more difficult platform to now using Hubspot.

Communicating with our target audience is something that used to be more difficult and now it's a simple 1,2,3.
