I love how intuitive the platform is and how productive I've been with email outreach since using Hubspot

There are a few limits on being able to view specific data metrics in bulk.

Outstanding Marketing Tools – Best in Class

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having everything you need under one roof makes life so much easier. I am constantly using the automation builder, landing page builder, email tool, reporting etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lack of soft conversion tracking opportunity integration with Google Ads. The only option is for number of contacts created, our database is huge and our customers overlap, so it makes the Ads section useless to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team of 4 can do the work of a full agency. HubSpot caters to both technical and non-technical team members to make it easy and effective for everyone involved.

Good Platform, Difficult to Understand

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics Tracking. The numbers that Hubspot shows can be extremely helpful. Most definitely as competitive as Google Analytics. I also think its easier to find the analytics on Hubspot than it is on Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is hard to understand. I find myself calling customer support at least once a week, often more. Additionally, when I do call most don't know the answer to my question and have to do additional research. If your customer support team doesn't know the answer, how will the customer know?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we decided to use HubSpot Marketing Hub is to easily track our campaigns. They have excelled in this department but other important functionalities are missing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the versatility of the tools and the insights provided into your contacts. From web visits to social interactions and beyond, you can easily keep track of everything.

The AI tools they have implemented, especially the ability to rewrite, expand, shorten, and change tone directly in the email editor, are something I utilize every single day.

While HubSpot is an incredibly robust platform, the HubSpot team did a great job with onboarding and answering any questions we had. Integrating our current tools such as ZoomInfo and Microsoft Dynamics takes a little heavy lifting, but overall it was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using HubSpot since March 2022 and only have had a few issues/wishlist items:
• Wish: Auto-select a hidden form field based on the page the form is embedded on.
• Wish: Customize the public-facing name of the form (for example, if you use the link for the form instead of embedding, the page title is just "Form" and you cannot change it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More functionality than our previous solution (ClickDimensions). Lead entry. Additional insight into contact interactions. Automation capabilities. Makes our job easier and eliminates tasks such as lead entry, which was previously manual. AI tools to help get your job done faster with writing descriptions and emails as well as understanding CRM data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of social media posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, we really like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining and saving time with the social media function. We have also realized the benefits of using the email tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend connecting with an account manager who can give you a high-level overview of the tool. They are sometimes able to give you a free trial as well so you can utilize the features and see how it would/could affect your business. Also take note of the resources they offer to connect to other HubSpot community members.

The best and most comprehensive learning tool for marketers!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the content is so organized. The lessons are clear and concise, it includes videos, quizzes, and material downloads, and includes a discussion board where you can talk to other professionals in the industry and their best tips for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet run into anything that I would say I dislike. If anything I might suggest offering a timed certification course rather than do-on-your-own-time because I find it's easy for myself to put it on the backburner. If I had to get a certain number of sections done per week/per month it would provide more motivation. Obviously not everyone would prefer that, but the option would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to construct an effective content marketing strategy now that I've stepped into a new content manager role. I am realizing the benefits of organized content, detailed frameworks, and specifying where each piece of content falls into the content funnel (awareness, consideration, decision) to ensure we have content that appeals to all those phases of the buyer's journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about the marketing features, creating workflows is so easy, I don't other tools to hand;e and analyze our social media platforms and getting notifications is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say but this tool is great! There are some bugs but properly communicated to us. One thing that I would recommend is to have an option to post short video clips or reels on social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email invites for events is so easy. Proper status on your lead will help you to easily find and determine clients for such email. And because of Hubspot email recommendation it has increased our open and click rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive interface with webpages. It allows a person without a coding background to be creative without limitations. I have grown comfortable with the variety of modules and settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that could be beneficial to the marketing hub. Within the automation, it is impossible to set certain actions as triggers which could benefit a user greatly. The sales and marketing hub could be better aligned in the workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating educational content through blogs and webpages while using the HubSpot analytic tools to optimize our strategy. The all in one tool set makes it easy to track progress.
