Super easy to use and support was super helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ability to customize. I was able to make the page look exactly like I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a hard time editing tables. I had to reach out to support for additional information and was able to learn CSS tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning why our click-through rate is so bad and figuring out how to fix it moving forward with the hubspot blog.
Sophisticated as well as easy to use - hands down
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using hubspot for almost 7-8 months now. Credit to its creators, I was able to get a hang of it pretty quickly. The features are pretty powerful and cover all the use cases an enterprise needs. I love their landing pages in particular. How easy it makes my life at the same time giving me all the customisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel most of the features are useful. Nothing for now which is off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole business prospect is based on how we show up our landing pages, emails etc.
The benefits are immense. Apart from covering all the bases hubspot has saved our man hours.

Great tool if it matches your business needs
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation aspect is a big step above our previous provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not have a great onboarding experience and after 2 years of using the system we are actually having to hire an outside consultant to help us rebuild to better fit our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for marketing automation, as a customer database, lead management, project management, and so on. It is huge tool for many departments in our company.
Easy to use, organized and extremely helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
Social Media Management tools and the ability to create posts easily. Our office uses the chat feature for customers that visit our website and that has been very helpful. The Hub Spot program was super easy to navigate and we had no problem with training employees in our office on how to use the chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides so far, I mostly use the social media and chat features in the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to copy and paste social posts to each platform, all our platforms are in one place and I can easily manage all of that from Hub Spot. This had made the process of creating content and managing that much easier for our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how easy it would be to manage all of your social content from one platform, that is how efficient this program is. It's been a great asset for our company to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to use though very powerful. Perfect for drafting effective emails, managing client lists, and creating and testing landing pages.

Can be difficult to find where permissions are located. Can be a challenge to find where a setting needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful to create emails that look consistent but contain different layouts. Creating landing pages and set-up a/b tests. subscriber segmentation and list management.

Develop a complete list of use requirements for evaluation purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use - I was able to jump right in and get started. It's very intuitive to set up emails & landing pages and we have found multiple ways to use landing pages since all of our events have gone virtual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sales tools would be really helpful on the marketing side and it would be great if we had access to some without having to use the sales products through hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for registration for events and event pages. This is something we started in 2020 that greatly helped with our move to virtual events. WE love using it

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is fairly organized and easy to use. You don't need a ton of experience to learn the software when producing content like blogs, landing pages, and emails, but it also offers customizability. I love the amount of templates that are offered, making it easy to find exactly what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better structure for files and storage. If you aren't meticulous as an organization with folders and naming, then files can get out of hand very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to build our resource center with blog articles, e-books, videos, and more. This has been great to see what is performing well and how to reuse these assets in other places such as email campaigns or creating more content.
